Great location, 5 minutes walk to town. We loved the thoughtful attention to detail of amenities in the unit. There is also a BBQ in the garden for guest use. Very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Being an older motel, the block walls provide sound proofing from adjoining guests. We took our Nespresso coffee maker as there was not one provided.

There was only one bedside table so nowhere to put the morning beverage. The house directly behind our unit had 2 dogs that barked intermittently until 10pm.

Our room was spacious, neat and tidy. We parked the car at the door, safe off-street. Management/owner was very helpful - Thank you. Mandalay hotel is walking distance to Roma central (the reason for our choice here). Great Pubs/Hotels in the town (walk). Attractions like the Big Rig, the Saleyards, both worth a visit (by car). Yes, recommended for a stay.

It is close to everything in town. Has nice friendly staff who are very helpful and try an answer any questions to the best of their ability. Comfortable beds and great pillows

I don’t like how the bathroom window has no curtain even though they are high up I also don’t like how you have to have your key on you at all times . If you leave the key in the room with the door and duck out to the car to grab a bag and the door slams shut you are locked out . Door stays locked at all times from outside and stays unlocked from the inside so that’s not good with kids .

The lady in reception, the beds were super comfortable, everything was clean and there were great tea and coffee facilities, as well as bottled water in the fridge.

The shower made noise when turning the hot water on. The location is right next to a road with big lorries driving past. A sensitive sleeper might have issues.

Proximity to main street facilities & entry/exit main road, room facilities offered all accessories needed for an overnight stay

Only critique I had was the pillows were very soft but I will make sure to bring my own pillow next time I stay and all will be perfect :)

It has a very nice garden. Very enjoyable. Very easy to find, just next to KFC. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, pubs, Woolworths, etc. Parking is right in front of the room, very convenient. Takes away the worry when the car is fully loaded. Has good recommendation posted in the room about the local business around the area for dinner.

Wished it has a kitchen sink. Cannot expect everything for what it is priced at. It is basic but has everything we need.

I loved how on arrival they handed out Easter baskets, I also enjoyed how everyday they came in and vacuumed the room and gave us fresh towels. The staff are very lovely as well. Would definitely stay here again

Very reasonably priced. Movement in/out of the bathroom was a squeeze. Great position on the Highway for those just stopping the night on the way thru. The gardens are beautifully tended and the outdoor seating/smoking area ids a nice touch

Really friendly staff when we checked in and out. Even though the rooms were a little dated, value for money, clean and lovely facilities. Busy part of town but slept soundly and super comfy bed.

They only provided 1 spare pillow and 1 facewasher. Only 1 spoon was supplied but this was probably an oversite. They don't provide any breakfast, something I believe is missing in motels these days.
