The place was very beautiful with tasteful decoration and clean. The room was comfortable. Very good positioning in the old city part of Bitonto. Free coffe during your stay. Fresh croisssant in the morning.

Breakfast industrial packaged mini pastries and gem, nutela, some juice. For parking we did pay a plus 10 eur/night for a safer parking , we couldn't decide that if the car is really in danger in the city parking lot, but we didn/t take the risk. The neighborhood is really noisy , if you leave the windows open for night.

The palazzo is very beautiful and definitely worth a stay! Very friendly host and a quiet location next to the magnificent cathedral. We left the car in public parking areas just outside the old town- about 7 minutes away and no problem.

The breakfast has only one fresh ingredient: tasty cornetti- the rest is packed in plastic, which is just a shame in Italy! Not even a juice and really bad coffee for Italian standards. A daily fresh up of the room would make such a difference!

The place is lovely and very close to the city centre in Bitonto. The family room has everything you need. Breakfast was also great, enough to start the day. The owner is a kind person and we enjoyed sharing time with him.

Parking was close, but not so easy. Main stairs to enter the house were a challenge with children, but we managed it for the short stay.

Great house in center of town ..very clean and very good hospitality ....the house is classical with very good design and helpful owner

Forbidden in historically center to entry cars so this is in all over Italy ..but I hope community to leave the (rent cars )to enter in historical center just to leave the baggages and babies or person with disabilities

It is a must to stay at Palazzo Siena De Facendis if you are in the area. You get to stay in amazingly beautiful rooms in the old town. Everything is nearby. The host is very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely worth every penny. Top notch!

The building was secure for a single female. Security camera outside. It was clean, and the host went above and beyond to help me get settled and familiar with the local area. The building had sich charm and local area ruch history.

Limited taxi/shuttle service and the high fee to get to the airport just 4 miles away

This is an absolute gem! Leonardo was a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly. The palazzo has been in his family for generations and his love for his home, as well as the attention to detail, was truly beautiful. A delightful stay!

Location in the beautiful old town of the city. Tastefully furnished apartment. Old and new combined.

We had booked a two bedroom suite. The smaller bedroom is unlocked and has free access from the shared living room. The window of the room overlooks the staircase of another house. The specified password failed to connect to the Internet. A 15-minute walk to the parking lot. The price is 10 euros.

The room was comfortable, cosy and clean. We spend there only one night before flight from Bari airport. Everything was prepared, no problem with extremely late check-in (2 a.m), with all instructions how to enter building and apartment. Apartment is located in the old city centre with small and narrow streets. I parked car on the street parking area, outside old city, approx. 50-100 meters far.

Parking is tricky - this was made clear at the time of booking. A car park was recommended nearby but it did not look safe, so we chose to park elsewhere.
