Very courteous staff. Cleanliness and service was excellent. Room was quite spacious. I booked deluxe room. The complimentary breakfast spread was exceptional. Highly recommended. It is located in the middle of a busy market area. The exterior of the hotel is not very impressive. But once inside, it gives a luxurious feel. I would surely book again. Price is a little on the higher side. All in all, excellent experience!

Amazing service and such great responsiveness of all staff members at reception (very courteous, understanding team), house-keeping (super-quick), room service (quick service, lovely fluffy omellete), restaurant (great breakfast, wonderful ambience with ganpati mantras playing in background).

Entrance is very small and bit unconevntional. The large reception hall is only at 3rd floor. No baggage / personal check at entrance/reception area. Anybody can just walk in to any floor. Could be a potential security issue!

The cordial staff who were attentive to the request. 24x7 in-room dining facility. Cleanliness and general staff behavior with respect to guest experience. Never seen in-room dining staff checking on guests themselves to take out the used in-room dining dishes / cutlery, in other places I had to call them to come and clean. And of course the fact that i was given a free upgrade to the Royal suite without even asking. This was cherry on top

Breakfast was excellent, hotel was clean. Very good restuarant with extensive menu. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Location is good on the main road with shops nearby. Can use Ola app to order taxi's or pick up a TukTuk outside hotel.

Their shuttle doesn’t start before 6:30 -7:00 am and it is a paid shuttle for regular room. Booking.com should stop filtering-showing this hotel for free shuttle and paid shuttle. One can take a taxi/Uber which is cheaper to the airport if that’s the purpose.

Nice facility. Check in was a breeze and so was the checkout. The staff are attentive, and they proactively come to aid. Noticed my elderly parents and offered a wheel chair at the parking lot. Breakfast buffet is really nice and offers plenty of options.

The check in clerk said that for 3 people to stay in the room, there will be an extra charge. I thought already the reservation would have included that aspect in the room charges. They double checked the info from booking.com and confirmed that the extra charge was already included and there would be nothing else. I would have expected them to check the reservation details before coming to me with an extra charge request. Also, were woken up by the loudspeakers at full volume with prayers from the multiple mosques, all going at the same time.. early in the morning around 4:30 am. There could be better sound insulation to the rooms.
