a modern hotel with a very fast free wifi, the center is a spacey pool with a view from all rooms. We recomment the pool-rooms, mean they have a private access from the room to the pool include a little sundeck too. The rooms are spacey and include all needet for a good time, means ironing set and a seperate coffeemachine and much more. Thy gym is modern and the view over the pool make work out easy, the restaurant have a thai and international kitchen, we where surprised that the prices around 30% cheaper as in the restsurants outside. I see around 20 different national and international beers in the menu.....over all a perfect place in the center of the city just one point, there was no bellboy when we arrive, so the lady from the reception have to bring our luggage to room but without that it was a pefect trip...

This hotel has very nice rooms. Large comfortable beds, a sofa, nice complimentary water and coffee, good WiFi, hot water in the shower and very cold AC. Also, we had dinner in the restaurant. Very kind and competent staff. The food was really good and prices were very reasonable.

I had zero complaints about the hotel itself. I had a couple of odd interactions with the staff. They are talking to me at check in as the hotel was booked in my name. They are speaking English to me and it’s fine. But then they look at my wife and ask her to confirm my phone number like I’m not there. I’m literally standing right there, why ask her? There was another one with my Thai bank card not working but I don’t remember it. Maybe just a bad day. But everything else was perfect.

Staff = 10/10 Food = 10/10 Swimming Pool = 10/10 Note to Manager. Your team are amongst the best. Your chef = 10/10. look after this person.

The Reception again (this is my second visit) not very welcoming. The staff very blunt and robotic. A nice welcoming hello how was your journey or How was your stay would be nice. Its just Passport! or you have a bill to pay..... The Main Lights on entering the room are on the Wall next to the bed. Had to walk in the dark to switch on. I think one of the switches don't work.

The hotel was very modern. The room was exceptional. The food was very well prepared and worthy of a 5 Star rating. The swimming pool was fun. Although expensive they had DRAUGHT beer. The service staff were brilliant very helpful.

The reception staff was not very welcoming just barking orders at you. Perhaps a Customer Relation Course would help them out. The TV in the room had no TV channels but Youtube worked well. Breakfast was a bit flat. Even the Thai food was limited choice.

Comfortable clean room with large bed. Efficient staff - quickly resolved issues in respect of safe and left key in room. Swimming pool area - visual focal point of hotel. Reasonable value (including breakfast).

Nothing of note - although car is essential as hotel, like many in Buri Ram, akin to a motel.

The room was really nice with a huge bed, modern facilities and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable and lived up to our expectations.

They had to open the doors in the restaurant because the aircon was broken, which was extremely hot because it was 40 degrees outside. But nothing to point out which could be done differently.

What a place this is! I just can't express how amazing the staff is. From the people in the lobby, kitchen, cleaning, management. All amazing people. They know how to threat a guest. How to make a amazing meal! The room is comfortable and big. I tried everything on the menu just to find one food that is not good but EVERYTHING on the menu was amazing! The breakfast was something I was everyday again looking forward too. Been to many hotels in my life but the level of service here was amazing! Thank you all and see you soon again! Location is very nice. 7/11 is around the corner. Amazon Café is there. The big malls are 2 min driving distance. The pool is nice and big. Restaurant has a inside and outside seats and both are very comfortable.

Staff very friendly, large clean room., easy parking. All in all a great experience. We had stayed there before and will stay there again

Absolutely no issues at all, great place

I had a beautiful poolside suite. It had everything I needed and was super comfortable. Front desk staff, housekeeping, bar staff etc... all fantastic. Close to major shopping mall as well.

The hotel water was tepid at best. I don't like cold showers! Oh well😀

Excellent hotel had a amazing stay, food was very good. Breakfast was good, location was good. Perfect for what was wanted will, will go back again
