I liked all about tge hotel and staff, what i did not like was tgat booking.com screwed me over, we ended up having to pay cash bc nothing would show up from bookings end to the hotel even though I had tge confirmation number, then when I go to cancel it says no refund wich is not right so now im out of 400 dollars instead of 2 and no one will fix the issue if your planning on staying call the hotel directly you'll even get better offers

The booking was a handful and I didn't receive my money back after I had to pay cash just read in the likes!!

The receiving desk was very attentive to solving Problem with error double billing error. I Am confident the issue will be handled in a honest Manner. Hansel walton. Respectively

I was billed for two rooms. Error in booking process. Hopefully the Error will be resolved.

Extraordinarily helpful gentleman on duty at front desk. He was very professional and an excellent ambassador for Holiday Inn, Guinn, and the Holiday Inn brand in general. He made directions to the hotel easy, walking me through each step after GPS locator had the location 40 minutes away, in a different direction. This same employee was then welcoming when I arrived exhausted and late at night. He was still cheerful, friendly and professional when I checked out early the next morning. This was one of several hotel stays I'd made along this particular trip, but it was the only stand out. I so wish every hotel had staff like this! In a very small town along the interstate, this was an unexpected find. It's a modern, very attractive and inviting hotel, with every amenity of a Holiday Inn.

I was very pleased with everything.

It was perfect ! Great staff, clean rooms and love the new style bar and grill. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space in the room. We will definitely be staying again.

The only negative was the additional charge for our dog. My opinion on that is every dog is different - I think there should be a pet deposit then once the rooms are cleaned if no issues with the room, the deposit should be refunded.

The location was right off the interstate with easy access. Room and surroundings were very clean.

Rate was advertised as breakfast included. When we checked in, we were informed that breakfast was only included for two guests in the room, and we were charged an upcharge for having three guests.

Food was good. Location is very easy to access from the Interstate. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Seems to be a lack of communication between Booking.com and the property. Booking.com did not mention the additional fee for pets. Also, the Booking.com listing said breakfast was included. The property charges extra for breakfast.

Clean, organized and has a restaurant/bar

I don’t like having to heat my food or tea up in a community microwave in the vending/laundry area. I prefer it to be in the room at the price we pay.

My room had a smell that stayed the whole stay .. I'm thinking someone was smoking Marijuana in a room near us and the smell stayed in our room the whole time ..skunky smell .. called down and asked,they had , had a few rooms complaining about the smell..

Breakfast was very good, though the gravy was lukewarm. I liked the clean room (especially bathroom).

I was disappointed with my dinner. I had the salmon and could not taste or see any citrus sauce and some of the veggies were stringy and tough - unable to chew. The salad bar was nice and the best part of my expensive dinner.

Easy to access from the interstate, good onsite restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Big rooms and friendly staff

When we arrived it was hard to find a parking spot because there was a wedding on. We moved the car after dinner when people had left but more parking is needed when everyone has to arrive there by car!
