The service clerks was excellent and the property was always clean. The staff always greet with a smile and very accommodating.

The shower water pressure goes in and out. Also, not enough outlet to recharge my device. I didn't alert the staff about the situation. i just dealt with it. I thought I was getting a condo with a kitchen. It was my fault not looking at the detail. Im glad that I ran into you guys. Made my first experience in the Philippines a great one. Thank you so much for having me.

We booked 2 rooms on New Year's Eve at the last minute and stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very attentive, polite and accommodating. The rooms' amenities were basic with no fridge but the rooms were quiet, spotlessly clean, equipped with good AC, and a well-functioning hot and cold shower. Bedsheets were clean and the rooms come with bread and coffee for breakfast. It was a very good experience, overall. Thank you, The Strands, for a very comfortable and restful stay. Would definitely recommend and come back. :)

The location is very central and convenient - a lot of stores are close by. The place is quiet despite being central. The staff are very accommodating. Normally, they serve breakfast from 6AM. But since we were leaving earlier, they arranged our breakfast before 6AM. The property has parking space. The place is well-managed, very clean, great wifi. We enjoyed our stay in this place and will surely book again if we are in Davao. Highly recommended.

Almusal. Bread and coffee. Many people, like me are gluten free and can't eat bread. Coffee was kopiko mixed whit coffee and sugar. Öö all people Don't use sugar. Well they give stick of coffee and Milk i need buy there🙄 So that was the free almusal. Hot water and coffee stick. If you use milk. Bring your own, prizes are way high. At room shower was broke.

Clean and spacious rooms, accommodating and very helpful staff, close to the highway, bread and 2 egg bread with coffee for breakfast and quiet neighborhood. I'll definitely recommend and be back soon!

I would like to suggest to use a slipper with high grip slippers because the bathroom is quite slippery and might not be good for elderly. Overall, I had an amazing time with Strand Suites. Thank you very much!

The staff here make u feel.very welcome and at ease .kahrla ,Ralph, Juvy, neneng, Eddie, are a great 👍 team . Anything u need they will do for u wherever its changing u towels to giving u information . And they always give u a good service definitely the best place I've stayed at and will do so again in the near future. My 3rd stay here now on this trip . lovely clean place it had everthing I needed while visiting my partner in hospital I highly recommend this hotel bed air-conditioning pillows accessories it's placement could not of been better , and it's also a quite place to return to,I recommend it and budget friendly

Staff are approachable and always available. It's my 3rd stay here since 2018 because it's affordable. The room is spacious and clean as well. The location as there are many restos around the area.

We were on the 4th floor and no elevator. While I understand that they want to keep the rates minimal, I still hope they offer breakfast aside from coffee and bread. But it was nice they allowed us to order via food deliveries.

Great location, very clean and while breakfast was included in the price it wasn’t much. Very close to all the restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very nice and polite and friendly. Overall for the price and location it was exceptional and will be staying here again in November

Nothing to dislike, wasn’t a 5* hotel but you could see that they kept it very clean and presentable. Roma we’re spacious and wifi was very good also

In Totality the place exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel and room as well as the CR. Peaceful area. Proximity to Mall or food and 7eleven.

Its better if the toilet has a bidet. and breakfast should be added with rice, eggs or hotdog.
