very modern, super comfy bed. great view from the shared balcony on the top floor.

they only clean every 5 days. not really an issue but because the shower screen has an inch gap, water goes everywhere and your bath mat soon starts to smell quite pungent. easily could be fixed with a cheap rubber seal. after 5 days you might have generated a lot of trash. now overall I don’t mind to be honest, but when you arrive there is an envelop saying “hey my name is X I’m in charge of cleaning you room etc etc” I assume the envelope is for me to put money in. a tip for cleaning the room before I arrive and then after I leave? sorry no.

A great, modern apartment in a super convenient location. Overall we loved our time at Parklife. The apartment is clean when you enter and modern, with a good updated bathroom and a new bed. The location is across the street from a major university so it can be noisy, but it's also easy for ubers to find, and we could find great cafes and restaurants within 5-20 min walks. Staff at the front are friendly, and the building and the area are very safe. It was ideal for a short (4 nights) vacay for me and my husband.

Some areas for improvement - dudes, you really need to get your AC working! Well, it was technically working, but it was very weak and really didn't cool the apartment down much at all. For us it wasn't a huge problem because we were only there at night and we could open the windows for the breezes. But if it was any warmer ... We did ask at the front desk and they said they'd sent someone up to look at it, but nothing changed. It would also have been good to have some dishwashing soap and a couple of tea towels in the kitchen. There were dishes but nothing to clean them with, so for a short stay you really coudn't use it. Another two sets of towels in the bathroom would also have been good.

Comfortable, spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the basics and the fridge was a must to keep our bottled drinks cold. AC worked really well and appreciated the black out curtains. We utilized the laundry facilities in the basement - heads up that you need to book a slot in advance and you need to bring your own laundry detergent. The staff were amazing! All the ladies at reception and both security guards were so friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived late at night and we didn’t get to the hotel until 1am. The security guard showed us to our room. Reception helped us book our last minute hot air balloon tour over Teotihuacán over the phone and arranged everything for us in Spanish.

Although located in La Condesa, it’s on the southwest outskirts, so it was a good 15-minute walk to grab breakfast or coffee from popular local spots.

Park Life Condesa is in a brilliant location—right in the heart of Condesa, surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and green spaces. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. It’s a perfect base for exploring Mexico City.

There is a school next door, so it can get a bit noisy in the mornings during the week. However, the noise is quite tolerable and didn’t significantly affect my stay.

Park Life Condesa is in a fantastic location and the rooms are incredibly spacious and have everything you need. The bed is comfortable, great A/C system for those hot summer days, quiet and clean. There are no real amenities and the service is okay but it's a great value for money. You don't need anything else.

Again, the service is okay and the "gym" is tiny but that's not what you're paying for, so we didn't really care.

Convenient location, comfortable bed, modern

Staff didn't reply in a timely manner to the WhatsApp messages (which they say they prefer for communication and the room phone was actually unplugged). The shower walls also had some stuff on the walls (looked like snot but maybe it was soap buildup). Not enough toilet paper for our stay so we had to ask for more.

The accommodation was great. Very new and clean with a super large, extremely comfy bed. The roof terrace was lovely and it was a real bonus to be able to do our laundry. The staff were very helpful and security conscious. The location was a little off the main drag, but it was easy to walk to restaurants and the metro. There could be a bit of noise from students hanging out in front of the uni across the road and a bit of traffic noise, but it all dropped off at a reasonable hour and certainly didn't interrupt sleep. It was a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book to go back there.

Easy Check in! There’s always a person at reception. Very helpful and friendly staff. Apartment had everything I needed plus a very comfortable bed! Laundry onsite! All excellent!

I wished they had cleaning service for a longer stay. I stayed for 4 days, 5 nights and only got my trash picked up by service staff.

Perfect location, a lot of restaurants on walking distance quiet neighbourhood , limited traffic. Very comfortable. Perfect shower, very difficult to find in MX.The only complaint is missing sponge and washing liquid for the dishes.
