Hotel was ok, staff exellent. Interior was old but everything was very clean.

No internet in the room ! 3rd floor - no internet at all.

Location was good. Near everything within city center. Walking distance to the train station. By train it is only 1h to Venice (5.10€ one way - March-2022)

Shower space is tiny. But it is not a deal breaker.

It was close to the funeral.

I came for funeral. This was the closest hotel. The blame lady at the front desk had the worst attitude. You would think someone who worked in customer service would be friendly. She was just mean! The fact that you have to leave your key at the front and they would lay it with the rest of the keys, & just pray for the best that no one goes in your room. They turn off the ac during the day they knelt open it at night. So they say but they don’t do that either. The showers are so small, I got bruises all over my body to prove it. Breakfast was include but again the blonde lady would scream if you would take your meal up. Just never been so attacked in my life and I paid to stay there.

the ac was controlled was not controlled by the staff.. was promised ac and all they said sorry it didn’t work we will try next time.. they didn’t care it sounded like it was all about them saving money.. when clearly it states on website with AC. the bed was hard as a rock.. two beds combined together into a queen the crack in the middle is so hard my back hurts for days now.. wifi wouldn’t work for the life of me.. each floor has its own wifi al floors have the poorest connection - unbelievable! - I brought my lap top to work and I missed out on work! thanks to their non working wifi internet!!
