restaurant is hit and miss. We had dinner once and can’t say I was impressed. Breakfast on the other hand has good variety and you can even ask for eggs cooked the way you like.

Very nice and friendly staff, very flexible and helpful when we needed to solve our late check-in due to a few hours delay. Available late in the late evening hours to help solve a problem we faced. At all times available and helpful. The place as described, nicely furnished, very clean. Very good breakfast. Overall a great experience and I can definitely recommend it.

I had a problem with wi-fi in a room, check in- i felt little bit lost because reception did not work on saturday late afternoon. I had three different phone numbers to call first but after i contacted the owner, he came after few minutes.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The beds and pillows were excellent. The location in was practical for visiting the area (Riegersburg, Zotter, Gölles, as well as nearby spas. The covered parking was convenient. The buffet breakfast was tasty and had good variety and the service was friendly.

The wall to the adjacent room was quite thin and we could hear voices from our neighbors. The church bells in the morning were extremely loud (though this is surely a problem in any hotel in this town). We visited on a holiday weekend and the breakfast rooms (and buffet) were extremely crowded when we came to breakfast in the morning. It was a bit chaotic because it was so full, but we did find the one last empty table. It would be nice to have reserved tables for the hotel guests – or perhaps a separate, calmer room for hotel guests (clearly locals also like to come for breakfast and there were lots of large groups on the days were there).

The hotel had very friendly staff, whole hotel is very clean and cozy. Room was huge, beds were comfy, free parking was excellent and breakfast was top notch! I can't recommend this hotel enough, we loved it!

Great personel and location. The place is very clean and as per the reviews - has very good food.

As I am used to sleep on harder mattresses the one in the hotel was too soft for me, but this is a personal opinion.

August in Sunday afternoon, not many options in the town for eating

Quality, modern, contemporary accommodation with good facilities (when open!). Coffee facilities in room. Proprietor provided covered area for my motorcycle.

I arrived to find that Thursday is their day off and the bar and restaurant are closed. No big deal - plenty of other places to eat and drink nearby.
