I was greeted with a smile from the clerk he also upgraded my room free of charge which was very nice. I loved the fireplace and how clean everything was. I was only there for one night but return again in the future. I slept very well in the king size bed. Thank you for making my first stay awesome

the WiFi I couldn't hook up to but no problem I used my phone and made me enjoy the comfort of the spacious room

Breakfast was great--could have been a bit more seating, if possible. Room was nice, comfortable and hotel was quiet overnight which is appreciated. Staff was helpful and friendly (thanks, Vinay!) and location was near main highway (US23) so access was easy).

Surrounding neighborhood was a bit run-down, and entrance to hotel could have a bit better/clearer signage (didn't see sign on US23 initially). Smelled pot-like aroma in hallway during part of our stay (guest area) and heard dog barking once as well--didn't think smoking or pets were allowed. There wasn't an exercise facility and no availability for snacks/drinks (even if for purchase) after breakfast hours were completed. All in all, a good experience and we would return again!

A decent value. Of course you have to realize I am very frugal so I think most hotels are to expensive. This one was a decent price. Staff was courteous, friendly and quickly accommodated my need for extra pillows. Breakfast was on time and tasty. Very much enjoyed having a 24 hour coffee machine in lobby.

Honestly can not think of any dislikes.

The facility was clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's nicely located for both visiting Oscoda and Tawas. The pool was nice and warm. My kids loved it.

The breakfast was simple but still decent. The pool room was kinda cold (the pool was warm, though).

Very friendly staff at the counter, received an upgrade and it did not disappoint, you can tell they just renovated, rooms aren't perfect but for the price it's just right

TV mount in the room is in a weird spot and kinda crooked, but that could just be my room, it's the corner suite

We had a very pleasant overnight stay at this Americinn. Conveniently located, quiet surroundings. Peaceful evening walk along the river was a bonus. Good restaurant nearby. Pleasant staff, very clean. Will stay here again.

We were one of three guests which was a bit strange but it was so quiet and comfortable

The desk folks were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious. The desk clerk even helped carry our bags to the top of the stairs were our room was conveniently located. Oh, and delicious hot breakfast! A+

The room was nice and a good size. The view was pretty good, although not a view of the lake.

There is no elevator for the second floor.
