It's always a pleasure to stay in the Quality hotel. Food is great, hotel is in perfect area for my work, staff is very friendly and helpful!

Only thing that I don't like is the fact that restaurants close so early but this is also normal in Europe. However, I've stayed at Quality hotel for around 22 years, visiting normally once or twice per year and there used to be vending machines to get snacks, beer, wine, drinks. This would be useful for people who don't make it back to the hotel in time to eat at the restaurant before it closes.

The location was great - right down town and just down the street from the Halsingland Museum. The iconic red houses along the harbor were right next door. It is a historic site and had a fabulous breakfast and very nice restaurant.

It was difficult to check in. I had to park down the street and walk to the hotel entrance. The parking facility was even harder to locate. You had to be parked fairly early in order to get a parking spot.

Excellent location, very good breakfast, also nice that there is a swimming pool and (hot) sauna. Small gym with (strength) equipment for the upper body. Good value for money.

Entrance of the hotel needs to be repaired Window can be opened, but not locked in a certain position (so it may open less or further, depending on wind etc.

I liked the location, very close to the station, city center and sea, by a park. The staff was very nice and helpful, they had a small pool and a gym!

The big pillows were stuffed quite hard, and while great for sitting in bed reading, useless to sleep on. The small pillows were better, perhaps some medium good sleeping pillows? The breakfast was good, but the scrambled eggs a little watery.

Breakfast was lovely and offered a large variety of food for different tastes. Coffee and tea was available Various milk offerings were also available.

Room was next to railway line which was not advised at time of booking or checking in unfortunately. This affected sleep pattern which was unexpected.

Nice clean modern room, fantastic bar and restaurant. Great Italian food and fantastic staff, especially Natalie who served me every night. She is very friendly and professional.

There was no air condition so it was too warm

The room was tidy and clean, the view was excellent.

The receptionist was a little bit slow, but generally the hotel is excellent and met completely our expectations.
