I loved the house keepers. They did awesome work in keeping the rooms tidy as when you first got the room. the house keeper respected my belonging. nothing went missing. The bathroom was well stock in hand soap and body soap.Theirs security in the parking lot at all times. I liked how you need your room key to access the elevator to go up so that meant you don't have random people in and out, only the hotel guest have access to the rooms that felt safe. checking in and out was great

The rooms are small in size. You can hear your neighbor from next door. Example : I was able to hear his/her cell phone buzzing , the chair (I think) being drag back and forth in the room, the bathroom sink water being turn on, the flushing of the toilet.

Cleanliness. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast very very good. Free bottled water. Was able to fulfill our request of a higher floor. Felt safe.

Only found 2 electrical outlets. We had 4 people in one room but only 2 towels. bottled water was warm. No refrigerator in the room.

I disliked the plastic chair it was too hard and uncomfortable to sit in and do my office work, the window blinds did not work properly.

I love that the staff is always friendly and helpful. Always on point.

I just noticed that they don't have a pool at the property. First couple of times I went it was cold weather now that it is heating up. I swimming pool would have been nice. But overall great hotel to stay and has a great location as well.

All Staff was friendly and helpful. The service was punctual. I asked for towels once and got them immediately. Other places I've stayed at you have to continuously ask. A simple request but somehow can get difficult in completing. Breakfast was a plus.

Rooms weren't sound proof but overall ok.

The stuff was friendly and very helpful, also the hotel is pet friendly for big size dogs. Good breakfast for the price.

only complaint is the showers could definitely be scrubbed better. the water would also turn extremely hot out of nowhere and would burn since showers are a bit small.

It was really close to the airport (less than 10 minutes)
