Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

1) Only 220 volt outlets were available. We had forgotten to bring an adapter with us, but the front desk had one for us immediately upon request.; 2) Only one USB charging slot was available anywhere, and that was on the router that connected to the TV set. As there were no other outlets for USB charging, it was quite a challenge to recharge our cell phones, my hearing aids recharge device and 2 other small devices we have to carry with us due to our mobility issues; 3) our room faced the rising sun, which really heated the room during all 3 days of clear weather and the cooling system could not overcome that heat. We reported the issue to the floor manager and he said he would contact the engineering department to see what could be done.

We thought the location was closer to the highway, but found out it was closer to the center of the city. The parking of the hotel is right in front of the entrance or also in the underground parking that is free for the guests. The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and always smiling. The complimentary drinks including coffee on our (each?) floor was really appreciated especially with cold and hot filtered water. The room was huge and we had a view to the river that was nice. Definitely will stay again if happens!

The neighborhood did not look safe and at night (in winter) it was full of smoke from the houses nearby warming themselves which was very unusual for us. The smoke also somehow got inside the rooms through the centralized AC, so we had the heating off at night. From the security leaflet in the room key we understood the criminal situation is rather concerning around, but we appreciated the hotel to be honest about it and warning its guests, though inside of the hotel we felt completely safe! The restaurant is very dark during the breakfast. The choice of breakfast was rather on more limited side and did not look appetizing as well as the replacement of the choice was very slow.

We wished the Casino had an agreement with the hotel to cover the entrance fee, long story short, we did not pay it and we did not go in

the staff is very attentive and customer oriented. Raquel and Pauline are outstandingly good and always try to do their utmost to make clients happy and make sure they feel welcome. Haven‘t seen this kind of dedication very often. Breafast is good with a great variety. Some of the staff try to make up for their lack of understanding of the English language with creativity. Cook‘s restaurant very good with slightly oversized portions but good value for money and cheaper than the inhouse restaurant

the in-house restaurant is overpriced with low quality of the food

I always try and stay here when I'm in Osorno. It has large rooms, large, comfortable beds. Great location. Helpful and courteous staff. There is a good range of eating and drinking options in the covered Bavarian village attached to the hotel. The parking is secure.

The hotel is attached to a cassino, we didn’t know that. No information on Booking.com. We booked this hotel, because it was the best accommodation we could find. We asked for an upgrade, it was the end of our trip and we need a quite place with good view of the city. We got it. Good variety of food for breakfast. The management surprised me with a beautiful tray with champagne, cheese, smoke meat and a slice of BF cake to celebrate my birthday. The staff were fantastic. Some restaurants in the complex to have a meal. No need to leave the facility.

The swimming pool and exercise rooms too busy, smelly and open to the residents as a ginásio club. Not attractive at all. A bit far from downtown and walking at night was scary. Some safety issues. Old town neglected and ignored by administration. We spent 4 nights in a comfortable rooms, had time to rest in our upgraded room.

The staff is by far one of the best we’ve ever encountered in many years of international travel. The manager greets you every morning, the staff at the restaurant are attentive, front desk helpful and the housekeeping does a fabulous job keeping the very large rooms tidy and clean.

It is a great place for conferences and events or adult entertainment (casino next door), but I wish it had an indoor pool, a gym or a spa. A video game area is set up for kids in the lobby, which is great, but a little play area with toys would be even better.

This a very good 4-star hotel, in a quite location and with two restaurants. We staid one night: a stop in our trip from Conguillio to Chiloe. The two-queen room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, wi-fi excellent. One restaurant offers a very good dinner-buffet (a bit expensive). The staff was kind and helpful.

very nice hotel, super clean and big rooms, staff very friendly and the location is nearby the city center. We recomend the hotel to families but also to business travellers. the hotel is located into a casino center with restaurants and amenities.

the hotel is listed as a 5 stars but it's not; the rate for the services is correct but the rooms are quite hold even if super cleaned and big.
