Comfortable, large, clean room, I was on the 4th floor with a nice view of the city. Definitely worth the slightly higher price to get a room with a window! The cheapest rooms do not have windows. Good wifi and air conditioning, lovely linens on the bed. Everyone on staff was very friendly and courteous. I felt welcomed.

The mattress was super firm; as a side sleeper I would have appreciated a soft cushiony layer on top. A suggestion for the hotel: invest in mattress toppers for a few of your nicer rooms on the upper floors and charge a higher rate for those rooms. I would gladly have paid more for such an amenity.

I stayed at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with my experience. First and foremost, the cleanliness was at a very high level – the rooms were spotless and regularly maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The room was very clean , the bed was comfortable, the tv worked and we had access to Netflix and YouTube . I can't complain about the room .

What bothered me was that the receptionist lady wanted our marriage document! I don't get it , I'm not Muslim nor from Morocco so why should I prove them that we are married. What if we weren't ?! We were simply tourists from Germany. And when I booked the place I didn't find anything on the website mentioning people should bring their marriage papers along! I really felt offended.

First I would absolutely recommend anyone to visit Laayoune, it's a really nice city with friendly and humble people who will do their best for you to feel good. The Hotel is clean, comfortable and very well located. The staff is really helpful. After check out I left my money belt with dollars and important stuff and it was the personnel in the hotel who contacted me to give it back in the most professional way. Not a single dollar or paper was missing. If I go back to Laayoune, I would definitely stay at Sahariano again without any doubt.

The first day my friend asked in reception if he could leave his power bank charging while it was check in time. He left his charger and the power bank, and when we went back the power bank was just charged a little and they were using the charger themselves.

I am originally from the region but I am settled in the capital of the kingdom. Thus, I have already stayed in different hotels in my visits for work in laayounne. However, I haven’t enjoyed my stays in most if not all of them for different reasons. Therefore, before my latest visit to laayounne I decided to book with booking since all the well known hotels did not meet my expectations. Which resulted in my latest stay in Sahariano. By all means it was a very enjoyable and comfortable experience that has exceeded my expectations for the following reasons: First of all, the hotel is located in the city center which due to the nature of my visit was very helpful. Secondly, the staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming. Thirdly, and most importantly the owner of the hotel takes personal care of its customers making their stay very comfortable. Finally, from a personal level, as a Moroccan Sahrawi I am very proud that a hotel as Sahariano exists the region.

Clean room, good location, friendly staff. Big bed, but a bit hard. Good light. Modest, but delicious breakfast: omelette, yoghurt, bakery, no fruit and vegetables. Good value for money.

economic rooms don't have windows. I guess air quality is very poor in such rooms. Probably AC system not provide fresh air. acoustic insulation of economy rooms is very poor. While inside my room, I heard the person in the neighbor's room, just like any person in my room.

Great staff, very friendly reception staff and helpful with good recommendations for eateries. Modern rooms, very clean, comfy bed, great air con, central location, good price for the high quality, near to eateries, supermarkets and stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The more expensive rooms are much bigger and better, so worth the extra charge but my smaller room was great for a single person stay. Street parking available nearby.

Poor WiFi as kept cutting out n only worked at desk. If I moved to the bed it lost signal. Late at night it seems to shut down completely. Design of shower meant that water flooded bathroom floor after each use, necessitating a mop up with a towel afterwards. No shelf/space to place personal toiltries in bathroom. Soundproofing window does not close properly hence street noise can be somewhat heard. Small issues that would not stop me rebooking however.

Excellent Hotel, clean. AC working perfectly. Reception always open. Personnel speaks Arabic, French and English. Lift is available and works fine. Had to extend my stay, not a problem at all. Only "issue": Be aware of check-in times. If you are early rooms might not be ready yet. But not a problem, there is an excellent café close by to spend the time.

Nice rooms, but not really a hotel: more a building with rooms and a small reception. No common areas to sit down with friends or colleagues. No bars, breakfast, etc. The windows in the rooms can't be opened. Rooms can feel a bit claustrophobic.
