The staff is absolutely kind and helpful!!! And the airport shuttle very useful.

The room had a window giving onto a very narrow corridor so the air circulation was very poor (there was a bit of a weird smell when we checked in) and for claustrophobic people it would be quite hard to stay there. I would recommend getting a smoking room instead of non-smoking to guarantee access to a window.

The Area outside & next door to our room was quiet. It is nice & comfy & clean. Great bed & A/C good. Bathroom amenities all good. The terrace dining space is great & getting even better soon. Breakfast is a bit of a scramble however this will improve when reno upstairs finished. Great to have free airport transfer, always smooth, efficient & on time. Very polite & helpful staff all round.

Bit crowded & messy at breakfast but will be fixed when reno is complete. Nothing to report here.

Junior Suite - firstly understand this is a 3-star travel stop (not a destination in itself) - however, it offers all the amenities of a 4-star hotel (except pool & gym) - the room was large/clean/modern (with full complimentary benefits) - included breakfast was adequate to satisfy - but the secret surprise was the roof-top bar (3rd floor) - great food and beer and live music (an oasis in a predominantly muslim country) - as an added extra, the hotel has a fleet of cars for transfers to airport or ferries (or Sumbawa attractions) - excellent value for money

no lift - but given that only two floors (and the staff will carry your bags) - not a problem

Very clean, very well renovated hotel. So close to airport. Comfortable beds. Attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious and safe. Laundry service available, as well as room service. Rooftop bar food was great as well. We will stay here again.

Rooms were super clean and comfy. Really nice welcome drink in rooftop bar! Best nights sleep we’ve had in ages, the beds were so comfy! Staff were very helpful, and breakfast had lots of options.

Our room didn’t have a window which was ok for a one night airport transfer.

Waiter’s English is not good enough, at the same time lack of communication and clarification skills, got order wrong multiple times. Missed some thing we ordered, in other cases served us something we never ordered…

excellent customer service. Location is right next to airport with free shuttle to it. very clean and modern room, very surprised to find such a good hotel in this small town.

the room is fairly small but compact, has everything you need.

Very well appointed hotel within minutes of the airport. Had the best nights sleep after a week of ordinary accomodation exploring the island.

I was super impressed with this hotel the cleanliness was superb , the staff were so efficient and friendly and the food and drinks were of a top western standard

nothing I didn’t really like , the room is small but that was no an issue for an over night stay
