Location was very convenient to restaurants and Naskilla Casino.

The check out male staff was EXTREMELY frustrating! I stood by desk for almost 20 min just to check out when ready to leave and just turn in room keys while he barely acknowledged me and talked on phone. I totally realize that it's possible it may have been an important call. HOWEVER, it is possible to politely tell the phone caller "excuse me, I have a quest standing here can you hold for 1 min so I can check ..." ; then, acknowledge and say "so sorry this is an urgent call but is there something I can quickly help you with or you may need to wait..."

The rooms are brand new and the breakfast had biscuits and gravy. Room was cold which is nice in the texas heat.

I paid in full through booking.com. The bank said the hotel itself reserved $120 upon check in but the receipt the hotel gave me upon check out showed only $100. I discussed it with the manager upon checkout. We will wait to see Monday or Tuesday what amount gets put back in my account.

The hotel was a lot nicer than I expected. Due to location, there are not a lot of choices for hotels. This brand of hotel is not very well known for being a "nice" hotel. I was so pleasantly surprised. Will stay there again.

I cannot say that I didn't like anything about this place. The breakfast could be more better as far as choices of what to eat but it is about the same for this type of hotel vs other hotels in the same range.

Desk manager was very helpful. Booking.com had messed up our reservation and he helped correct the mistake that was made. Really nice motel. Will stay again when in Livingston.

Several nights either above us or next door were loud. Sounded like moving furniture or jumping around.

Bed was comfortable, microwave and fridge. Friendly staff, breakfast looked good, but we went out. Desk clerk recommended Patrons Grill for good Mexican food and margaritas, it was GREAT!

Window had no black out curtain to cover the whole window. Our room was on the sunrise side. No sleeping in for us. The towels were small and thin.

The room was freezing cold and I loved it! The room was clean and the staff went above and beyond.

The furniture (sofa, chair) both in the room and the lobby is in need of replacement. All sag pretty badly and the sofa in the lobby looks filthy. Just no excuse when you can get a sofa for $400 these days.

The property was undergoing a renovation so the completed rooms were very nice, updated, and clean. There was ample parking and it was easy to get in and out of the property.

The office staff was extremely nice, easy check-in, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, the shower drained quickly, lighting was good and breakfast was advertised and they actually had one that was better than expected. Will stay here again.

Parking was a little difficult because it was extremely packed, but was always able to find a spot.

The first floor was still under renovation, so the breakfast room was unavailable. This is temporary, of course.

Stayed at this hotel many times and always feel at home and comfortable. Quiet area and very clean and comfortable. Will be my choice for lodging in the future.

Ice machine was broken on 1st floor. Went to 2nd floor to retrieve ice. Wasn't a problem, just reporting issue.
