I was assigned in old room (201), next to kitchen. Smelling from kitchen almost all day. Bathroom was not clean. Better do not stay in room 201 and 202

Very friendly staff. Simple rooms with most important furnishing: Bed, fridge, TV, work desk, small cupboard and hanging rack. The rooms have tiled floor and were properly cleaned. The bed sheets had some light stains, but nothing bothering. There was parking directly on site available. The hotel is located directly next to a coffee shop called MIDDLE MAN, where it is nice to relax and sit. Also the hotel terrace right by the street offers room to sit and order foot and drinks with a TV to watch sports, etc. Check-in and Check-out were both very fast and smooth. Credit Card gets charged 3%, which is standard for this kind of hotel price. We read about many mosquitos, however our room was clear from mosquitos. Overall I can recommend staying here.

Rooms are very dark - not enough lighting, especially the working desk has no lamp. I recommend to add at least a table lamp here. Bathroom door was damaged and could not be closed. The balcony had some food from the guests or staff, which was not cleared - hence here a critic on cleanliness. The fridge was a bit noisy, but still acceptable noise level. Someone in the neighbourhood was watching TV loudly during the last night after midnight, which could be easily heard, so the rooms are not sound-proof (in case you are sensitive to noise maybe this could be an issue), but for us it was ok. Shower hose was leaking, but shower heater and shower in general were working well. I was missing a surveillance camera system in the aisles, as this would add to the safety. The doors has a simple push-botton lock, which requires to loudly close the door, which could be unpleasant during the night time and wake others. On the weekend parking might be full and you need to park the car in the small street next to the hotel or directly on the main road, but plenty of options available (just further to walk in case of rain).
