The location and the rooms are nice. Well lit and also good temperature maintenance and flexibility in adjusting the temperature at ease. The cleaning is also done very well and the housekeeping staff have been doing a fantastic job

I did not like breakfast timings ...it starts at 8am , only if they could start it and hour early it gets easier to start the day early. The lady at the reception wasn't warm / welcoming , rather would like staff at the reception to be trained in hospitality. Also when it comes to hot water or the flow of water in the bathroom, it was limited and takes lot of time for the water to get hot.

Nice location. Breakfast is ok. They served idli, live dosa, poori, upma, bread, eggs and juice in the complimentary breakfast. The room is spacious. Had a small problem with the shower and the staff upgraded the room immediately. Spacious car parking, restaurant and banquet hall are available.

Breakfast needs to be improved. Felt poori should have been better. Oil is high in food. The chicken mughalai biryani is bland. Food needs a major overhaul. Chutney needs to be improved..

It is a good selection for Solo travelor. Blanket provided was not fresh one and it was having bad smell. Once I complained about, they have arranged for washed blanket.I had booked for wrong dates. Reception person has rightly called and informed me about descrepency in dates, which I have appreciated

The hotel Is located in the heart of Vijayawada, just off the main shopping area of MG Road. The staff are very kind and helpful. Sameera, the receptionist was very hospitable, accommodative and helpful. Though the room and bathroom were compact, the AC and other facilities were up to the mark. The parking facility was really good. It was worth the stay... I especially Thank Sameera for making sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Close to the station and the market area. Several decent eating places locally. Spacious rooms. Adequate breakfast. Friendly staff. Everything in the room including AC worked well. Kettle provided, and coffee etc replenished daily.

Non-Indian credit and debit cards not accepted, so cash payment is required - not a problem as there's a SBI ATM close by. Towels and sheets, although clean, looked grubby.

The staff were very good . Especially Mr Prasad who has been very cordial and honest in his services. He has couriered my droving licence on-time which was not returned during check-in. I am very delighted by his service.

Better room design and convenience in the room .. the design and the room interiors are not modern and not up to the mark for today hotels.

The room was clean with good bed lenin. AC is excellent even in the sweltering heat of Vijayawada. The private parking is good. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

The bath towels are little soiled need to provide some fresh towels. The size of the room is small and there was no handle for the bathroom in room no.107.

I like the lobby as well as the interior of the entrance. The rooms are very spacious and look luxurious. The hotel staff were very friendly especially Ms.Sameera she handled the check-in check-out process very smoothly. I am very much satisfied with the service given by the hotel and property look.

hotel staff are really courteous, the room is worth for the money. If you are looking for anything around 1km near railway station then this is a go-to property. I had absolutely good time being around there.

Complimentary water bottles provided didn't taste. like mineral water, that's the only thing rest everything is pretty good
