The rooms were very large and the fact that it has a 2 bedroom suite with a lot of space that is suitable for a family with 4 kids. The jaccuzi was nice and their breakfast is excellent. Staff were friendly and spoke in English.

Major issue was the air conditioning. The weather at this time is hot (was around 30 degrees C at night). They use control panels in each room and I thought that I did not get it right. But is seems they already knew about how weak is their air. conditoning given the very light bed sheets and the fact that they ignored my first 2 calls about this issue and only came after I called a third time!! (an hour after my first call). The hotel staff came and showed me that I used the panels right and there was a barely felt breeze of air. The master room was very big and included another smaller living room and the air conditioning unit was there not where the bed was. I've only stayed for 1 night as planned but is was very difficult to get any sleep, somethig I did not expect when I booked a presedential suite! If it wasn't for this problem I guess I would have a very positive experience.

-the room was very hot when we arrived. then we complained that one AC was not working, so someone came and did some resets. later the other AC stopped working so again the same process was repeated. the room never got really cold. -then we found out the fridge is not working, so they removed the drawer on top of it for ventilation and it became little cool. that night I had to buy cold water from outside as the fridge did not help much. - the robotic responses from reception staff and (hotel manager) were really pissing off - other maintenance issues are there: basin mixer is stuck, shower drainage is bad, - no water glasses in the entire suite. only one small coffee cup
