location is good

staff is not co-operative, the property is in run down state and needs to upgrade to Hilton standards. even the shower was leaking, the toiletries kept were used one. after paying 150 dollars for the stay you get this service.

Terrible experience. My wife fell off at the side entrance of the hotel due to an uneven surface at the entrance, scratching her leg. She had to go to a nearby clinic for a medical treatment. Her situation didn't improve after 5 days of staying at the hotel and she couldn't go anywhere for the most of time. Although the hotel acknowledged that it should be responsible for the accident, the managers refused to compensate us for the physical damage and the loss of time that could have been spent with my parents at my hometown, except for a waiver of breakfast charge.
