This hotel is withdrawn from the busy main street and feature a yummy breakfast in a lovely shady garden - very nice after the hustle and bustle of the city. My room was gorgeous, big and spacious with a seating arrangement and a fridge. It would be nice to have a stand for a suitcase, though. The bed is definitely on the firm side, although not as bad as you sometimes find in this region. The staff was simply outstanding - very sweet and extremely good at solving any issues. Great ambasssadors not only for the hotel, but also for their country.

Please note that there’s currently (as of June 2025) construction in the building. While it’s noticable from the garden, there was no noise at all in my room. However, the hotel did not have AC when I was there which made it very hot at night.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I contacted them in advance to explain our flight landed at 5am and to ask if we could store our luggage there until check-in. They replied with an offer to collect us from the airport at a very reasonable price and also to check in on arrival for only an extra 50% of the cost of the room. The driver was waiting in the arrivals lounge at the airport and we were made to feel very welcome on arrival at the hotel despite the early hour. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and very quiet. The air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was clean and the shower very good. On check-out they called a taxi for us to take us to the bus station and also gave us information about which bus to get across the border to Andijan. We are looking forward to staying again when we return for our flight out of Osh later in the month!

Peaceful place in the city of Osh with a nice and quiet garden to relax. The female dormroom has 3 bunkbeds and shared bathroom next to it. There are lockers available and there is AC in the room. It was't very visible on the photos but the room also has a window. The room and bathroom were pretty clean. Great breakfast for the price. Free coffee/tea/water during the day. Easy to reach with Mashrutka 107 from Osh airport. It stops right on corner of the junction/bridge, of the street of the hotel. The mashrutka continues straight to Osh city.

Very friendly staff, but some have difficulty understanding questions/requests in English. Had to ask several times if something at breakfast could be refilled again, it was unnoticed by the staff. Some staff put the volume of their phone really loud in the garden or outside patio which disturbs the peacefulness at times.

Excellent for overlanders, everything is perfect , just need to pay more attention if you use Google map for navigation driving to the hotel, it will never bring you there, call the staff in advance, otherwise you might stuck in a narrow street !

The property is very pleasant and enjoyable with a garden that has tables to sit and chill outside. The room was big, clean and had a small fridge. The location of the hotel is also very good - walking distance from the main stops to visit in the city. Everyone was extremely helpful, nice and they spoke English very well. Definitely recommend to everyone passing in Osh.

The facilities were great. Room size is big and toiletries and facilities are sufficient and comfortable and clean. Staff were really helpful and gave us all information we asked for and more. Also provide laundry service for a reasonable fee.

Only to walk to the hotel is a bit of a loop so it's just easier to use yandex to move around. Very small observation. Not negative.

The staff are very friendly and speak good English. I only stayed one night before my Allay trekking tour and I got in quite late and I stayed one more night after the tour. The facility is basic. The bed is comfortable. There is only a few outlets for the beds furthest away from the door which makes other beds without any outlets which can’t be inconvenient. The breakfast provided is good and quite a few variety. The garden is beautiful. The hostel is walking distance to town and restaurants. It was a nice stay overall.

Lovely hotel set in gardens with outdoor seating, in a quiet part of town near parks and the river. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and speak good English. They helped with transport to the border and to the airport. The room was clean and spacious. Tea and coffee facilities available all day. The location suited us, a nice walk along the river to the bazaar. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff Aibika helped us a lot in figuring out how to get around the City, booked us an early cab to the airport and was nice enough to get us breakfast on the go as well . Her hospitality made us feel welcome into a new country and would definitely stay over if I go back again

We stayed at Tes Hotel twice: en route to Uzbekistan and then en route back to catch a flight from Osh. We had a great stay both times. The staff were so kind and friendly, the gardens of the hotel were lovely to relax in and the rooms clean and spacious.
