I loved the room! It was spacious, it had a place to have dinner or lunch, a huge bathroom with towells, TV, a wonderfull terrace, ... Absolutely loved it! I regret not staying longer. The personnel was really nice too, they solved a little issue I had right away. Really nice!

I thought that breakfast could be a little bit more complete. It was really complete, but I missed vegetarian milk, cereals and scrambbled eggs since my stomach was sick and couldn't eat Polish Breakfast. Besides that it was perfect! 👌👌 It had a lot of things! I think the staff should learn a little bit more English, I think we didn't understand each other in the end, but they were really nice!

I’ve stayed here before and again everything was easy. I arrived late in the day due to the flight time and arrangements were made for access with no problems. Breakfast was great and Ana is a very friendly and happy lady who makes you feel good.

I liked everything, my son (12) and I had a really nice meal in the evening, stayed in a very nice room, all modern with great facilities etc, had breakfast which was buffet style with lots of choice and very friendly staff who made us feel welcome, relaxed and happy, it’s located in the centre of town so everything was nearby. I’ll likely stay here again sometime if it’s available as I’m in Kutno quite often.

Really nice people, positive, friendly, honest and supportive. Very good service and facilities- delicious food at the restaurant. Washing machine and nice balcony with the room.

Comfortable bed, good shower, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant really good too.

Rooms are a little dark, but in the intense heat we had, that actually turned out to be a bonus too.

I was at the property with two cats and they felt comfortable at once. I liked the bed, there was also a spacious closet in the room. The bathroom was pretty fancy and stylish. As I work remotely and rely on stable wifi - a good internet connection is an advantage for this property. Air conditioner was something I also enjoyed. There is a shared kitchen you can use for free(it was a nice surprise, I didn't know that). You can also find 2 washing machines and an iron there so, technically, the hotel is suitable for long term stays. Great location, free parking lots just next to the hotel, cozy cafes nearby.

It was a bit too hot at the dining area.

I was fortunate to get a room on a busy weekend. The place exceeded my expectations and the service was absolutely outstanding. Both Ania at breakfast and the woman who checked me in & waited on me the following evening (sorry cannot remember her name) were so accommodating. They made me feel at home. Excellent restaurant.

One of the best places to stay in Kutno for sure. Very nice room with a nice balcony. Very nice staff, especially the women at breakfast.

The bed was too soft for me.

The breakfast hostess was the most excellent person ever. 2nd night in poland and she made our day.
