First of all the Staff. From the reception, to the kitchen and bar personnel, over to the cleaning girls, security and the support guys, everthing worked out fantastic. We were very pleased with everyones kindness and commitment to make our stay as much pleasent as possible. Including the Owner, who had everything perfectly organized. Transfer, boat, canoe, taxi, all were sincronized and worked just great! 5 Star Service!!!

There is in fact not much what we could complain about. Wifi could be working better and certain things like the transfer on a canoe could be included in the price or even better, being offered as a complimentary service from the Hotel, as the access by water is linked to tides, which vary pretty much.

It's not really beachfront. It's riverfront. Which is not necessarily bad. I loved the boat ride across the river to get to the beach. However, I do find it misleading to say it's beachfront.

The hospitality of the staff is genuine. Menya, Bianca, Gabi, Alê, the chefs…literally every single one of them are a gem and really makes the difference at Ka Bru

Everything was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations - the food was incredible, the room was very cosy and bed super comfortable, the views are insane (the sunset, wow!), the staff were always very nice, friendly and polite and the place itself is just beautiful with simple but stunning decor. I can't recommend Ka Bru enough and will definitely stay here again!

Maybe the only thing I would improve is providing the boat service to Bar da Rô for free to guests - it would be a nice gesture.

Wonderfully situated, great architecture and interior design, perfectly trained, very friendly staff and absolutely overwhelming food at the restaurant.
