Good communication with host, very clean rooms and bathrooms, fresh towels, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, basic but well-equipped kitchen. We were a party of 8, two bands playing a local festival. Bands need sleep, food and a decent bathroom - we got all of that and then some, very good. 24/7 drive-in McDonalds nearby (5min drive) for any future bands to pass through Satu Mare, Lidl also 5 minutes away. Parking a bit scarce on-site (small courtyard) but ample in the street.

No one on site, but everything was communicated in advance so there were no issues with check-in or check-out We asked for reserved parking and there was nowhere to park but the host did say this can't really be guaranteed, so it wasn't a big deal, we parked on the street.

Clean place for spending the night. Has a nice shared courtyard, with grill provided after request. You can pick the color of the light in the bathroom if you wish.

Kitchen is not equipped enough to cook a proper meal (we missed cooking oil and salt with pepper in bigger amounts than small paper bags). AC is not powerful enough to cool all of the rooms. Sketchy looking lamp in the bathroom that should probably be fixed.

Nice and spacious apartment, great value for the price. 2 parking spaces inside (the gate is very narrow though), free parking in the street. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet, for the most part.

Upon arrival, the apartment wasn't cleaned (apparently it was missed the previous day), but upon calling the manager they prompty arranged it, so I wouldn't really hold it against them.

The room was big and comfortable and of good value

I wouldn't say I didn't like but rather advise that there isn't as much space for parking.... I would say the yard is on the smaller side. One car maybe two would fit, but with effort. There's also another parking place next to the house.

The room was equipped with everything you need, comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was clean. A very enjoyable stay; the place exceeded my expectations.

We could make late check in, but the hints how to get into were not clear. Free parking space.

We didn't get the room from the picture. In our apartment we had space for about 9 people, when we were just 3. Bathroom without shower cab, so water was everywhere.

Though we've only spent one night, the room was everything we needed, very clean, comfortable and cosy. Easy check in as well.

Big spacious space with air conditioning and balcony. Walking distance (15min) to the city center.

It says it's an apartment, but really it's just a room with 2 beds and private bathroom. The beds are just next to each other and there's no privacy if you're travelling in 2 couples.

We were able to park our car in the gated courtyard. Downtown is 5 min by car. Convenient location, clean comfortable accomodations.

Easy to find location with parking facilities

Did not had shower gel and the kitchen was lacking on breakfast bowls for milk&cereals for my kids
