Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and professional.

The parking was limited especially pulling a boat.

The staff are extremely nice and accommodating! I'd stay there if nothing else for that reason. If I asked for help or needed anything, they were right on it. Didnt have to sit around waiting or wondering if they would come. I even left a tip

Fishing a Bass Tournament on Pickwick lake so location was great. 5 min from the ramp. The room was very clean as far as bed, bathroom and tables. Plenty hot water room 120 must have been right next to the water heater because it was immediate when i turned on the shower and Hot. Outside plug in's for plugging in my boat to charge the batteries.

Coffee pot was not clean, had to run hot water through it a couple times and then wash it to get it usable. No condiment's for the coffee after i got it cleaned! TV didn't work but the guy at the desk was very helpful getting it going. Stayed on the end of the hotel and guessing the room 120 i think was close to the water heater and the pipes kept popping all night.

Room was not cleaned and shower curtain was moldy

The air went out in middle of the night got real warm but I just delt with it till morning other than that a good place to stay close to State Park n restaurant.

The bed was comfy.The spa tub was great once the water got hot.

The TV didn't work.When I called front office no one answered.When I started to get out of spa tub there was a piece of the frame exposed and it cut my leg.

Having to pay extra for the TV remote and even after reserving the room still had to pay extra just to get a room key for the room I reserved. Not very much to chose from as far as restaurants but was close to the job site.
