Beautifully located on a spot overlooking both the Nile and the Mediterranean coast providing amazing views all around the hotel!! The staff were friendly, courteous, hospitable and professional. The room is spacious, clean , comfortable and well maintained and organized. The restaurant serves a nice variety of foods including oriental and western recipes.

The garage parking fees are a bit high & it should be free for residents , especially the free surface parking is limited!

Everything in this place is great. From day one, I noticed how the staff is very friendly and professional. I would like to express my deep thanks to Mrs. Gina in the front desk. She is so talented and professional. Also, in this place you can find the managers in every place monitoring and even help. Special thanks to the professional man Mr. Mina, the general manager, for his perfect work. You can find him monitoring, supervising, and help even in the small details. The rooms are big. The view was marvelous. The breakfast was amazing. Cleanliness was perfect. The beach was very good with regular transportation schedule that was on time. Room service was perfect. The pool area was great.

The staff are so professional and kind that they know exactly how to satisfy their guests. special thanks to Mr. Amir and Ali in the cafe, all receptionists,Hotel Gate guards, and Salwa from the security team. The best views in the entire city. The food is exceptional. ATM are available in the hotel.

The only con from my perspective is that the hotel is a little far away from the central market, but it's perfect for people who like to do little jogging

- Perfect location - Exceptional breakfast - Clean and tidy rooms - Good housekeeping - Most of the staff are helpful and friendly

- Top restaurant is extremely slow to serve the food for two successful days - Very small underground parking lot - Bad experience with the front desk after asking for late checkout they told us that is impossible, however there is no occupancy need for that - Small pool - Poor elevators - Poor corridors between rooms - No direct beach entrance

The breakfast buffet was excellent but I wish they extend the hours as it closes by 10:30 am and get very crowded. The location is fantastic. The staff are very helpful and kind, really professional. Every day they will give a compliment of two 1.5 liter bottles of water, this never happens in any other hotel I have went to. They have the best falafel I had in a hotel. The room service food I had was also very great and excellent in taste.

Just some cleaning touches here and there especially in the corridor and elevator, many guests will be walking while they are still wet from the swimming pool so they damp the floor and gets a nasty smell.
