Receptionists I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Miss Gina and Miss Farah at the reception. They completed my reservation process within seconds, showcasing their efficiency and professionalism. Their warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful stay. Hotel Supervisor Mr. Mohannad, the hotel supervisor, played a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service at the hotel. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. Security Team The security team, including Mr. Kareem and Mr. Mohammed Al-Bersh, ensured that I felt safe and secure at all times. Their vigilance and friendly demeanor were greatly appreciated. Miss Salwa was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions about the area. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist residents made a significant difference in my overall experience. Bartenders The bartenders, Mr. Ahmad, Mr. Ali, and Mr. Yousef, provided excellent service and crafted delightful beverages. I stayed in Suite 5002 — truly the best location with the best view in Ras El Bar, overlooking both the Lessan and Ezbet El Borg areas. Ezbet El Borg in particular reminded me of Copenhagen, with its calm waters and charming surroundings. The view where the Nile and the Mediterranean Sea merge at Lessan is absolutely magnificent — there’s truly no other place in the world like it. The hotel itself is elegant, spotless, and tranquil. The food was excellent, cleanliness was outstanding, and overall comfort exceeded expectations. I’d like to sincerely thank Mr. Ashraf, the Vice Manager, for all his exceptional support and care, and Mr. Ahmed Maher at the reception for his warm hospitality and professionalism.

Nothing serious to be mentioned, While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it adds to the resort's peaceful and serene atmosphere, making it a perfect getaway.

For sure best hotel in the area.. location perfect.. not much to add to it. Good shower, no issues with anything. I did not use all the facilities hotel is offering, but it looks like everything is great there. Rooms are large also. By the way in case you need to watch tv- plenty of channels in different languages. Sure Arabic, English and German.

Over my room was AC unit. Which was a bit noisy. And in general AC is on low temp settings, but it is normal in these areas.

Beautifully located on a spot overlooking both the Nile and the Mediterranean coast providing amazing views all around the hotel!! The staff were friendly, courteous, hospitable and professional. The room is spacious, clean , comfortable and well maintained and organized. The restaurant serves a nice variety of foods including oriental and western recipes.

The garage parking fees are a bit high & it should be free for residents , especially the free surface parking is limited!

The staff is excellent. They handled all of our requests with professionalism. They were welcoming and showed great hospitality. The location is also one of a kind. Breakfast is a masterpiece.

If you are aiming to rest, you can say goodbye to this. Because of its location and its proximity to the landmark, it is very crowded until 2 or 3 am. Also, the options in the restaurant for lunch weren't that well.

Everything in this place is great. From day one, I noticed how the staff is very friendly and professional. I would like to express my deep thanks to Mrs. Gina in the front desk. She is so talented and professional. Also, in this place you can find the managers in every place monitoring and even help. Special thanks to the professional man Mr. Mina, the general manager, for his perfect work. You can find him monitoring, supervising, and help even in the small details. The rooms are big. The view was marvelous. The breakfast was amazing. Cleanliness was perfect. The beach was very good with regular transportation schedule that was on time. Room service was perfect. The pool area was great.
