My stay at City Express by Marriott Tepic was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout. The room was spotless, well-designed, and had everything I needed for a restful night. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. I truly appreciated the professionalism and hospitality of the team.

Minor housekeeping oversight. They missed the center nightstand between the two beds. Easy to miss if looking straight down, but the view while sitting on the bed with the reading lights on showed multiple sticky drink rings. One hair was stuck in the stickiness. Minor. Easy peasy 10 second fix.

Breakfast included easy access and clean

The breakfast area collapsed at 6am when it supposed to open there was already food missing. Could have been better coordinated. Pillows were not of great quality and uncomfortable. Need more towles in bathroom. Safety Box in reception did not work and took tome to open

the location was perfect to go out an walk through the city, there were a lot of interesting places near the hotel and it was easy to go out an walk through the streets to any destination

the only bad thing was that breakfast was very repetitive, I know that city express is not recognized by his diversity on the meals, but you could improve that a little bit

All, confortable, clean, secure, practical, quiet, 20 min walk from center (cathedral, square park place), nice breakfast.

Only one mistake: I ordered a taxi to go to the airport and asked the price to the receptionist. He said maybe 80 pesos. Once in the taxi he said 200 pesos. I canceled that taxi (the driver was a bit mad), i took another taxi, the price was still 200 pesos... Please teach your staff to not tell random prices. A receptionist should know at least the price of a taxi or a bus going to the airport in my opinion.

The hotel location is the best, reachable by walking and you have a few restaurants nearby.

The offered transportation to the airport is only limited. They leave you on the main road which is around 4kms away from the airport instead of the airport directly. The vending machine inside the hotel have very limited options

it is perfect for someone passing through Tepic or for a family group. there are two living rooms for families to gather and chat. The breakfast is good and there are enough selections of food.

very clean and good staff. Very good shower. Ac very good as well.

The room with the queen size bed is much smaller than the room with 2 double beds. also they only provided us with 3 small pillows for 2 people. Also the tv was very small and without Netflix
