The pub downstairs was great, the staff were friendly, the room was spotless and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen in a 4* hotel.

We didn't know at the time of booking that the spa had been closed for renovation. It would have been great to have access to it to make our experience a full 10/10.

Spacious room, comfy beds, very clean. Friendly and relaxed staff - did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Great restaurant - we enjoyed dinner and a very generous breakfast there. Fun bowling area downstairs.

Pool and spa were closed for renovation during our visit but we were informed in advance so it didn't affect our stay.

Everything was great. Room was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and lovely. The breakfast was spectacular. We had a big selection of food of high quality and great taste. We were happy during our stay and definitely recommend!

If people walking in the halls are too loud, you can hear them. It is not a major thing but it disturbed me 2 times.

No shower cap or other common bathroom complements. Dark corridors with motion sensor delayed. No electric outlets close to the bed. Completely inadequate reading lighting

Breakfasts are just superb - definitely worth the price. Rooms are quiet and clean - that's also nice, however you might hear the train coming by sometimes at 6am :) What's more - there is opportunity to try local wine, but also regular drinks at a bar. Spacious parking.

Unfortunately, time at the spa & saunas is limited to only 1 hour (included in price), which is little bit shame for that price tag. Overall it's quite nice to relax, however I believe it's still little bit overpriced for the value it offers.

Situated just next to the railway - so there's quite a lot of noice from that. Fortunately not that many trains are coming/going. Also - it's a bit off - if you want to be in the city, but if you have a car no problem. The gym is fantastic.

Better insulation in the rooms - it's a bit noisy and everything from outside the corridor can be heard. Also - considering it's in Poland - the rate is quite high, although I can understand that to some extent, as they have a very nice gym, spa and restaurant - but still high for being in a small city in Poland.

The breakfast was wonderful and staff was very accommodating! It was such a pleasant stay!
