The resort’s emphasis on security made me feel safe and at ease throughout my stay, which is a huge plus for any traveler. The staff truly stood out—especially Abdelkader at the reception and Hicham, the valet (voiturier). Both were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that made the resort feel like a home away from home. The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a delicious variety of fresh, quality options to kickstart the day. And let’s talk about the view—waking up to the breathtaking panorama of the Marchica Lagoon and the sparkling sea was nothing short of magical. Whether from my room or the common areas, the serene vistas elevated the entire experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, stunning views, and a secure environment, Marchica Lagoon Resort is an excellent choice. Our stay at Marchica Lagoon Resort was a dream come true. The resort is situated on a peaceful peninsula, providing an ideal mix of activities and relaxation with its private beach and pool. The views of the beach were just stunning. We particularly enjoyed our mornings waking up to the sight of the waves, and the quiet sunsets were simply unforgettable. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable room. It was well-designed with soundproof walls which assured peaceful and restful nights. The resort's overall design was elegant yet relaxing, contributing to a wonderful holiday vibe.

our experience wasn’t without its hiccups. While many of the staff were friendly, a few were unprofessional and used inappropriate language in front of guests, which was off putting. Additionally, we found the prices for services to be quite steep, which did not correspond to the quality provided. Specifically, the breakfast was expensive and disappointing. Despite a wide range of choices, the food simply didn’t meet our expectations. The resort’s security measures felt a bit intrusive, with our car boot being checked regularly. The absence of valet service was inconvenient, especially for a resort of this caliber. Lastly, the reception staff was understaffed leading to long wait times for checking in and out.

almost everything, the bars, the orientin restaurant, the views, the pools are great, this is a good hôtel but a lil pricey

not enough activities, we just played some tennis and we had a good massage but no water sport at this time of the year

Beautiful hotel with good facilities and overlooking the lagoon. Very peaceful and relaxing. A great place for a wellness retreat. There is a small private beach area for hotel guests. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

Breakfast not included. It would great to have an iron available in the room.

Not lot of facilities nearby. The price for breakfast, lunch and dinner are expensive for a family. The beach was not clean, difficult to swim in.

The design and architecture is amazing. Nice swimming pool, facilities, Moroccan restaurant, bathroom, room, view. I liked the mixing the Moroccan style and the modern design. Sepcial thanks to Manal in the reception and Ali from concierge.

They have to pay some attention to little details. The double glass balcony door didn't close properly and we couldn't sleep in the morning because of a bird singing and also there were drunk people in the bar talking loudly. The scal battery is not working. The beach was not ready and open till July. However, it's still exceptional hotel and stay.

We liked the service proposed in the hotel (spa m, activities...), its location, and the cuisine which was delicious.

The rooms carpet was not so clean.
