We were blown away by the place, everything is brand new, shiny, and super clean. City of Valjevo is very small, just 60,000 people, and all buildings are old and show their age (doors are iffy, toilets are old and bad, etc) - but in this villa BonnaDea - we were WOWED! Our stay here was better than in Belgrade, which is the capital of Serbia. We loved the place, and would recommend it 10/10. It's probably the only place we'll ever stay in Valjevo when visiting family, because nothing can really top this experience.

The only thing giving me a tiny bit of anxiety was the parking situation, but I was probably overthinking it. They have a private parking behind the building, with only 5 spots, and it's really really tight. But somehow - we found a spot for all 4 nights, and in the morning parking was empty, making it easy to turn and leave the parking. But even if I couldn't find a spot - there's paid parking on the street, and the host was very generous - told us to just text him (SMS) the car license plate number, and he'll pay the parking for the whole day, no questions asked. So there's that. Still - with small kids - we wanted to have our car close by, and it worked every time. No complaints.

We liked everything about the property. Perfect location and the property has it’s own car park. Communication with the host was great from the start as it is the way he greeted us when we arrived. Rooms are clean, modern, spacious, beds comfortable. Staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast they made us was delicious. Short or long stay, Villa Bonna Dea has got everything.

There is no a single thing about the property that we didn’t like.

Bonnadea aparthotel is one of the best places I have stayed at because the staff - from the owner to Marko at reception to the cleaners - are all so friendly and very helpful making my stay and that of my little dog welcome. Having worked in the hotel industry for over five years in Italy I know what good customer service looks like and the staff at this place far exceed this. The studio I had was beautiful, exactly like the photographs, if not better. The room had great, fast wifi and great AC, and it was so quiet I never heard the other guests nor did I hear any noise from the street so you are definitely guaranteed a good night's sleep. I loved this place so much I stayed an extra night. Marko, the person whom I met when I arrived, is an exceptional person because he speaks English perfectly, is friendly, kind, always available at any time of the day/night to help and he even got treats for my dog! Even the owner of the hotel is an exceptional person because he takes an interest in his guests and is so kind. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Location, check-in and the penthouse apartment itself were all great. With two big balconies there was always somewhere to sit outside. Dejan who did the check-in was over-friendly!

An incredibly warm welcome by the host. This was a very nice and pleasant surprise. He did not speak English or German, but he simply called a friend who spoke excellent English to tell us anything we wanted to know about the hotel, town, restaurants. Really nice We were given a room upgrade as well. The room was almost brand new and very clean with really good facilities. Definitely the best place we stayed during our trip and a really good host who deserves a lot of praise for his service. The breakfast was extra and it's really excellent. We recommend it. You won't need lunch... :-)

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Bonnadea! Marko is the kindest host and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. He and the owner even had a birthday cake for my girlfriend’s birthday and let us choose the room as we arrived first. The traditional breakfast is delicious, the people are kind, the service, the parking and rooms are outstanding. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there if I am ever in Valjevo again.

We only stayed one night. Next time we stay longer just for this hotel.

The hotel had a very good location and its own parking places (free). The room was quite big and clean. The host was very friendly. We haven't ordered breakfast at the hotel, but the cafes and restaurants were all around.

We got exactly what we expected.

Great location in the centre of Valjevo with a parking spot. Amazing modern and clean accommodation with comfortable beds, a crib for the baby. Very friendly and helpful staff / host. Nice breakfast (additional pay).

It was very clean, we felt really safe, the room had all we needed and more, it was very modern. There was a really big breakfast prepared just for us in the morning. The owner was really kind and nice, despite that we arrived in the middle of the night. Everything was perfect. We recommend it 100%!
