I liked everything except the breakfast was nothing special. I didn't go down for anything on the second morning. The person that I was with brought a bag of coffee so made it in the room, I had that on the second day.

Better coffee, a few healthier breakfast options, maybe a protein like scrambled eggs.

It is hard to find great hotels in the northwoods of Wisconsin. This hotel is a real find. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was located near the places we wanted to visit. They were dog friendly. It's a no frills, safe and welcoming place to stay.

I wish the mattress was a little more comfortable.

Our two little dogs felt welcome there and were treated with respect. There was a lot of grassy spaces for walking them outdoors There is a nice dog park nearby. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The motel is located in a very convenient and nice location.

I do understand about Co-Vid, but I did miss having the room tidied, since we were there a week. Also, since we were there for seven days, a bit more variety at breakfast would be nice.

I liked that the owners seem to care about the cleanliness of the old motel

What i don't understand is the very low toilet bowls , it's like they are made for children ! It seems to me EVERY person that uses the LOW toilet thinks about WHY, cheaper ? Back security door does not lock.

Our family was in a tough predicament as we were waiting to close on our house and spent a whole month here. The staff was absolutely exceptional very friendly and honest. We left on weekends and came back during the week every room we stayed in was very clean. They even have a small continental breakfast that doesn't have a huge selection but helped cut the cost of food.

Near a grocery store and a quiet part of the small town

No elevator for elderly so advertise that. Fortunately they were able to switch our 2nd floor room for 1st which was WAY better for my sister.

Easy check-in/out process. Nice and quiet stay.

Would love to have a waffle machine added to the continental breakfast.

It would have been nice to have had something other than an almost all carb. breakfast. Even some boil eggs would have been nice.

The beds were great for us! Finally slept very well. They were normal beds with a normal mattress and a bottom box spring!

Cleanliness is on the top of my list and this property was very clean. It was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. We plan on staying here again in the future!

Clerk was not very informative. Found the breakfast while looking for coffee in the morning.
