I booked this very last minute due to change of plans and it was very very well priced. Check in says 6pm but when I arrived at 12pm, the staff accommodated me. The staff, a lady and a man at reception, were amazing and so patient with me when I couldn’t speak Portuguese. I wish I got their names to shout them out. The following day I wanted to extend by a night but unfortunately the whole place was booked out for a function (good for them!) The staff then later approached me in the pool area to let me know actually they had an apartment available in a different area, which I thought was really nice they were trying to go above to help me. Sadly I already had paid for another night elsewhere by this stage as I would have loved to stay longer. Breakfast included was great too!! 10/10!!!!

It’s a standard motel room, white and cold feeling. If you like that then you’ll have a ball, otherwise it feels a bit lifeless

Hotel stays in 60is, Breakfast very poor, everything bouught in low budget stores. Even ommelet was poor.. Not Worth 50 Eur, Max 30.

Good location and pool was great

A particular front line staff member was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My niece was not permitted to enter the hotel to assist with my bags to the room, told that if she entered the room we had to pay. We decided to pay for a night for her and was charged an excessive amount compared with the advertised rate on this app, the staff member refused to honour the rate even when shown the advertised rate on this app. The property claimed wifi but this did not work at all, the property claimed a mini bar, this did not exist, many items in the room were broken, the fridge was balanced on a couple of pieces of wood and needed to be secured before opening or it would fall over.
