We arrived early at the property and the lady on reception was friendly and let us leave our bags at reception while our room was prepared. Gave a good restaurant recommendation when asked and also let us leave our luggage at reception after checkout while we waited for our onward transportation. Excellent location close to the river and a short walk to the fortress. Quiet street. Comfortable beds. Communication was in Bulgarian so can't comment on language ability of staff

A blazing row at 5am between a man and woman woke us up and continued with angry shouting for more than 20 minutes without any intervention. The advertised "soundproofing" of the room seemed lacking or the argument was just too loud. Charged 2 leva for a single teabag where many other similar hotels would have provided tea and coffee making facilities in the room free of charge. Nowhere to hang jackets inside the room. Bed not made (top sheet not on the bed but packed in the wardrobe).

Very good location near the town park and dog friendly small hotel. Great for walking dogs. I had my two with me. Nice coffe and small snaks in the hotel lobby. Basic room, but good shower and comfy bed. Nice reception staff. It was just an overnight stay for me, but Vidin is a small cute town full of history. I'v been there before. It worth a full day visit and the fresh fish from Danube in the local restaurants it is not to be missed.

The location was great, very close to the Riverside garden and the playgrounds and restaurants. We were able to park our car just upfront the building. The apartment was very cozy, spacious with a big bad and there was a separate area for sleeping for the kids.

We were travelling with 2 kids and the bathroom were in the kids sleeping area separated with only a glass but for our stay it was not a problem

The room was very clean. The location is good, next to Danube river. I was traveling with a motorcycle and I left my motorcycle outside when I arrived. The employee saw my helmet and she offered me a parking spot in a small underground and locked parking place they had (free of charge). I really appreciated the fact that my motorcycle was secured. It's a good choice, especially for motorcycle travellers.

The room was simple and small, but it was what they were saying they are offering.

Quiet place with quiet AC in perfect city center.

Make sure the switch for your boiler (device that heats the water in the bathroom) is on. Otherwise you might have a cold shower.

A nice family run hotel. Staff were flexible and understanding when we needed to change our reservation dates, despite the last minute notice from us. Room was very good, we had everything we needed, as we just stayed for the night to have some sleep. Excellent value for money.

There were flush noises from the sewage pipes in the bathroom, but nothing so serious to bother us greatly.

The ladies running the front desk were incredibly friendly. Friendliest that we met on our trip! Place was centrally located and the bed were comfortable enough. We felt very safe here. I would recommend to others if they are traveling through the area and need a hotel.

Nothing comes to mind. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean.

Very clean rooms in a nice place, park and restaurants nearby, ability to stay with a cat. Free parking at the street.

Shower is not comfortable to use, sound isolation is quite poor.

Cold showers, air con wasn't brilliant so it was very hot at night, small bar/Nespresso machine downstairs but no other communal area or food served.

Good location, close to the river and city center, check in was smooth and fast, room was very clean as well as the bathroom. TV was working and had a variety of channels. Nice view from the window.

Since this was my first time in a hotel (literally, I've been booking apartments only) I can honestly say that there were downsides regarding this accommodation, but I was here for one night only.
