We came here several times around lunar new year. The quality in general kept the same level but also not improve.

During our last time we remarked to wipe dust also below the bed - this is still not improved - we also saw in the lobby (entrance tight ) totally dirty carpet - this is not representative and gives a wrong impression

Decent breakfast, comfortable room and nice view.

Cannot open the window because the hotel locks it. Too bad as there is no fresh air in the room. Very inconsistent in pricing. I booked with the hotel reception one day before and she said price was A, confirmation via Zalo. Then few hours later, she updated the price via Zalo - Price B (800k more expensive). No explanation for why there was a change in price. Very disrespect to your customers. In the end I have to book via Booking.

Visited 4 times now as it's a great retreat from Saigon. Cooler, quieter and less polluted. As soon as we arrive my partner and I just feel so much more relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and attentive staff. Everything is immaculately kept. High standards are consistently maintained.

It deserves to be busier...

As a regular visitor to Vinpearl Tay Ninh before the Melia merger, I was pleased to see that the high standards have been maintained. There is nothing close to this quality in Tay Ninh, yet the price is reasonable.

I think the breakfast price should be lower, food in the area nearby is far better value. I think the cafe in the main reception could be way better. If they had quality smoothies like the cafe of the Sunrise Hotel, I would be likely to get one every day.

The costume service was excellent! The location is convenient. I would recommend this hotel for a family visit.

On the first night, the water was yellow, but they promptly sent someone to fix it, and it improved the next day

Due to the large number of guests, it is difficult to negotiate an earlier than expected check-in or late check-out despite agreeing to pay an additional fee.

Our second visit to the Vin Pearl , excellent facilities, exceptional staff I would always stay at this hotel when visiting Tay Ninh.

Some TLC required in shower but nothing too grim to report

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, well maintained and the beds are large and extremely comfortable. The staff are always helpful and very friendly. The restaurant food is good quality as is the room service from the same kitchen, plus the breakfast buffet is well stocked for choice.

During my stay I accidently smashed one of the glasses in the room. Upon checking out I was advised I had to pay for the damaged glass at 42,000 VND ($1.81USD). Rooms at the hotel cost around $80.00USD upwards. I was happy to pay for the damage, however I mentioned to the manager charging for the glass was petty and the sort of action that will loose customers. If it was intentional I get up, but accidental, they should just accept the damage and move on.
