Room was great. enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good.

Had trouble finding a place to get cash from Bank Teller ATM machine. Front desk sent me to the Wells Fargo bank which had a machine but was not available after banking hours. Finally found one inside the Cowboy bar. When returning a rent car to the airport was told your shuttle was not available even though we had arrived by air and not used the shuttle until after dropping our luggage at your hotel. What is the difference. You had no problem taking us to the airport when we departed?

The beds were comfortable and the staff was super friendly! Check in and out was easy and I actually slept well for once!

There was no parking close to the room at all and the bathroom door didn’t open very far before it got stuck on the floor that bulged up! And the tub was kinda gross and needs some attention. The door to the adjacent room let all the noise in from the guests talking in that room at 11:30pm but thankfully they didn’t talk for to long!

Room was very comfortable - it was very cold outside and was easy to adjust the temperature - there was an excellent Mexican restaurant right next door and a small fridge & microwave for dealing with left-overs.

No complaints.

Loved the size of the room and the fact u had a choice to go out 1 door for outside and the other one for inside the motel. The one going outside was nice cuz I've got a dog so we were able to go right out and not have to walk down the hallway to go out.

I've never had to complain about anything but this time I constantly was hearing doors slam. It really was bad.. Also wish the dog area for them to go potty was a little better.. more grassy instead of weeds and gravel

Comfy bed, staff was excellent

Back door looks like it was kicked in at one time, the latch lock is broken, can see daylight through it.

friendly staff--manager saw we were looking for something and came across the parking lot to see if we needed help, clean comfortable room, Great fridge (had a separate freezer so we could freeze 'ice' pods for our cooler), very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, very good Mexican restaurant at the end of the motel; everything on the ground floor so it was just a few steps from car to the room, town had stores, restaurants, etc. very economical

something minor--I would have liked a cup of coffee in the morning before taking off on 'adventures'.

Availability at a last minute crisis time - accident with a deer that left me a bit stranded. Comfortable bed and cleanliness.

Can’t think of anything I don’t like - it is a port in a storm because of the accident and damage to my vehicle.

Very clean, strong WiFi signal, comfortable bed, all regular Direct TV channels, Excellent staff, Good value,would gladly stay there again.

For me, there were no Dislikes.

The staff was friendly, professional and readily available. The price was very reasonable. I liked the ground floor and ease of access to my room.

The noise from the hall and other rooms was excessive and bothersome (poor noise mitigation or insulation).

It may be old, and there may be a little mold in the bathtub caulking. But we literally checked out of our other hotel just to come here because we’ve stayed before and knew it would be clean and comfy.

Everything was great.
