The location. The hotel is a bit outside of the town, so there were no fuss around the hotel. It's located in the quite place, that contributes to one's relax. We felt connected to countryside nature. The hotel is not big and there were not many guests, but this depends on days of staying. The swimming pool is big and the water was warm with adjusted jacuzzi. It was especially great when the weather was windy and the wind was cold. There were plenty of swimming sticks and other equipment by the pool, so if one or their children can't swim well, they can still enjoy the pool. The breakfast was great. The list of dishes was the same every day, but it was big enough to make a different breakfast everyday. The meringue desert in the restaurant menu was great. The stuff was very helpful. Spoke both English and Polish.

We didn't like the cuisine in the restaurant. The food wasn't bad or anything like that, just not our type of flavors: sweet strawberry sauces with meat, some components were overcooked, some combinations were weird as for our taste. No lemonades (only a cucumber one) during summer season. There were no sockets by the bead, only near the table. I think this should be a standard for hotels nowadays. The SPA was a paid service, which is fine, but the massage was overpriced.

Great location, and the outskirts of Uniejow, peaceful. Amazing spa facilities and treatments. Pool area family friendly. Great quality and delicious food: breakfast and dinner. Strawberry carpaccio was fantastic. We had few singles rooms, which some hotels would classify and double, and an apartment with balcony and jacuzzi. The apartment was very spacious. There is 15 min walk to the town centre which was perfect for us. You can rent bikes as well. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Last but not least - the scent to lavender. Even though it was harvested but as soon as you approached the hotel you could smell it. I am not a huge (well, was) fun of lavender as a scent but this was very delicate and soothing.

Rooms are rather small. For a 2+1 family and an additional bed, there’s pretty much no way to maneuver in the room

The biggest selling point for this hotel is the pool - it is really nice and comfortable. The fact that some of it is inside and some of it outside makes it perfect for both cold and warm weather. The breakfast was good (but not spectacular). The dinner buffet was really nice - and live piano music made it a very cool experience.

The rooms are not 4 star quality: AC in our room didn't work. If your room is facing the courtyard, you can hear everything that is happening outside - especially if there are people having a party outdoors.

- Area is good (calm, a lot of space) - Beds were comfortable - the swimming pool is the best (thermal water) with a really good size - free parking - SPA availability (good but not enough as in any big city and less priced) - barbeque area

- 10-20% - overpriced - pure menu (food and drinks) - no availability to connect charger near beds (only near desk) - pure information about wi-fi password or spa info, menu, etc. in the room. -

Very serviceminded staff. Bartek solved how to serve big beers to the pool using small cups :). Nice with AC in the room during +30 degrees.

Maybe more knowledge in English among the staff.
