We were greeted at reception with smiles from the polite and cheerful staff as we were checked in swiftly and professionally. Upon arriving at our premier suite everything we needed had been provided. The room was amazing, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach from the free standing bath tub and balcony. Breakfast in the restaurant had a wide selection of delicious asian and international food, the staff in here were polite and very helpful. Infinity pool on the rooftop was immaculate, clean and so relaxing with a friendly member of staff to make sure everybody was safe. The maids were always on hand to help with anything we needed and always wore a smile. Checking out was just as swift and professional as checking in. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and all the staff made our visit a pleasant experience. Respect to Lucas whom we chatted to whilst we waited for our transport. What a impeccably dressed and well mannered polite young man, a credit to your business. ( promotion would be well deserved Mr/Ms Manager 👏). Overall, hats off to all the staff at the hotel. Nothing I disliked. Maybe put a few cold beers in the mini bar.. but that's nothing really.

Facilities are good but strained on the busy weekends.

There is no mini bar, just a small fridge with water. Room cleaning could be improved. The sound proofing is a joke, constant car horns beeping all day until late evening. This hotel ia orientated for families, not recommended for a couples quiet stay. The location is great for the beach, anything else you need to book at taxi. Only 1 ATM close by, its always empty, taxi ride to find an ATM.

the room that I stayed with nice ocean view and able to catch the sun rise. I like the room and bath facilities.

minor issue is the ceiling aircon need to be fixed as water keep dropping down, I can noticed in the breakfast area as well.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. The view is nice, both from the room and swimming pool. Staff was able to communicate in basic English. The beach is right in front of the hotel.

Add more varieties to the breakfast and a larger balcony would definitely hit 10/10

The location was great and the room was very comfortable, I especially liked the bath with a view.

The hotel was very busy and so it was difficult to enjoy time in the swimming pool. It was also very noisy due to the busy beach (at all hours of the day and night) in front and building work next door.

I love the valley parking service but the staff should announce us in advance while checking in before moving the vehicle without noticing us.

location was right across from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the local area where restaurants are. it was clean and friendly staff.
