Everything is very clean and the bed and breakfast and surrounding area have their own rustic beauty. Other reviews complained about the breakfast; it was quite basic, but I think pretty standard for Italy.

The bed and breakfast is on a small, private dirt road, which leads out to a very busy street. If you want to walk around town, you have to be comfortable walking on the side of a busy road. Also, as with any bed and breakfasts, the others staying there might be loud.

Position was perfect for what I needed. Clean ,spacious and well equipped.

All good basically.the door lock to my room was a bit stiff at the beginning.the only thing I would put there is an electric gate .

Very nice place, quite, clean and with plenty of trees and nice garten. An Oasis who someone can sleep very nice and relax. Very clean and huge room.

The breakfast was a joke. Better to say we don't offer a breakfast! Marmalades and crouisans were from Supermarkt and not fresh. Noone trys them.

It was clean room and property, self service for breakfast was alright.

In room no door to bathroom just walk through so if you had to use for number 2 toilet you are sorry for the smell. Small variety for breakfast only sweets no ham or something like scrambled egg. I couldn't open the blind on the window I felt unsecured if something like fire I wasn't able to get out.

The rooms were clean, and since there are multiple rooms it was nice to talk in the community-kitchen with the other guests.

The breakfast was in the community-kitchen basically bread wrapped in plastic that looked like it was prepared years ago. On the last day we were told to leave the key in the lock of our room and just leave afterwards. Two hours after we left the host wrote us an angry text message that we stole the key and that he will report that theft to booking.com so that we have to pay an extra fee. No polite question where we left it or that he couldn‘t find it, no, he just accused us really impolitely right away. We told him that the key is in the lock of our room and it took him multiple hours (in which we called him two times again, and send some text messages, he didn‘t answer) to admit that he didn‘t look in the lock and that the key was there.

Comfortable bed, location is good and nice surroundings (this B&B has a lot of outside space). The staff was nice but do not speak English, so communication was a bit hard but we managed it all. They were also very helpful. They have a nice parking spot at the property.

Towels were clean but smelled like they were not. Bathroom could be cleaner, even though is a bit older. Water also had a weird smell. For us, it was not clean enough, especially the bathroom. And ours didn’t have doors, which was a bit weird. We were also disappointed in breakfast, because there were only packed sweet stuff (croissants and other pastries).
