Breakfast was simple but still good. The beds were comfortable and the staff was both friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located for us as we were traveling on the Gotland ferry the next morning.

Sound carried very easily into our bedroom, both from the hall and from the street outside - to be fair it wasn't so bad we couldn't sleep.

I know it is the trend these days but it was our first experience of having to self check in and have no staff on hand to answer questions. Room was huge, which we liked. It was also super quiet. Free carpark. Breakfast was only OK, not great. We chose it as only place available en route from Stockholm and the Trelleborg ferry in the south. Town was OK (not walkable)....good for 1 night!

Interaction with staff at breakfast was non existent.

I stayed 2 nights, separated by a week. Although the new managers took over only 1 day ago, were still organizing, it didn't look like that. Some details still needed to be settled ... reason why they keep the price extremely low compared to quality ? Personnel is very motivated and always nice and smiling. Large rooms, beautifully decorated in an original style ...

First night of 2 sept., personnel looked somewhat clumsy, inexperienced ... but what could one expect, 1 day after the takeover. Second night on 9 sept. was already a few steps forward, still at the same price.

Very easy location. Room was spacious and clean - decoration is very cozy. Decent breakfast, variation not that big but surely everything for everyone. Super easy check in with codes.

East to find and walking distance from ferry port. Very clean and well equipped - more than we needed. Good selection for breakfast.

We accept that budget staff means no staff on duty all the time.

We were amazed that the rooms were so elegant! White and clean and a massive bathroom. Our hostess was so friendly and helpful. And close enough to the Ferry Terminal that we could get in line in time for the morning ferry to Gotland.

A larger lamp above the table would have helped us with our card game in the evening. Plus, the toilet holder could have been closer to the toilet without having to stretch for it. If you're a smoker, it's a walk in the woods behind the building for a puff.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located within walking distance of the city centre and the harbour. The rooms are very large, if a little sparsely furnished.

We had a few problems with the room initially but the staff sorted them out superbly.

Large clean apartment with comfortable beds. Very helpful staff who speak very good English. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Scandinavia with lots of choice. Free tea and coffee all day. Supermarket and restaurant within walking distance.

The room was big, the decorations was nice but most important the bed was very comfortable!

Not a big problem but the water pressure under the shower could be better.

We stayed one night after returning from a short vacation on Gotland. The hotel was easy to find and has a distinct look. The rooms are very large and have everything what you would need. The breakfast was offering a large variety serving almost anything someone would need. It is perfect for a short getaway.
