The Location was very convenient , liked that breakfast was provided , the staff was friendly and helpful.

the Hot Tub was broken :( and the fridge in room might need an update, we had some fruit in lower shelf and it froze them.

Great location! We were in town for the night for our puppy to go to the vet. The hotel was pet friendly and got us a room conveniently on the first floor. Also located 5 mins from the vet which was great. We went for the free breakfast which was good. The man working the breakfast was very kind and was constantly refilling everything. I didn’t catch his name but he was great.

The property was well maintained. The staff were all great.

We didn’t know until the day of arrival that the pool was not available. I was counting on that with the price of the hotel being one of the higher ones. They gave us passes for the rec center pool, but it was closed the day we were there. So it was quite disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and kind. Very affordable for what you get. Breakfast was good. Definitely a place we would stay again.

There's nothing I didn't like, it was just a stressful trip and I could have used a spa in the hotel to unwind.

Didn't bother with breakfast but having the Fixx restaurant available as room service is a huge bonus for us. We had a suite and the delivery of an excellent meal after driving from the Yukon was a real treat. We've stayed here many times and it never disappoints!

There was someone else's food left in the fridge but it was all packaged and we didn't use the fridge anyway.

Good location. Clean and attractive room. Reasonable breakfast and easily accessible.

The reservation was confusing, and they seemed unable to find it. They checked us in, and the next morning called and asked if we were still planning to check in. It seemed that they had booked us in to a separate room and missed the original Booking completely.

The hotel was quite nice but could use a bunch of sprucing up. the carpets, and the carpeting on the stairs need to be replaced. Most everything was nice.

the overall look suffered from very worn and not clean carpetting.

The breakfast was very good and location was not too far from Ovintiv Event hall

The only thing that wasn’t too great was noise from room next to us which was the washer and dryer room. Noise so loud from water running you could hardly hear anything else.

The staff are very friendly. Location for what we needed was great.

We spent 9 days, pool was shut down. Went to the gym and treadmill was broke down.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and tidy and well-stocked. Breakfast was great and lasted a long time
