The staff was excellent. Extra impressed with night desk clerk Isabel. She was very helpful in answering questions I had. The hot tub was excellent this time. Almost to hot on previous trip.

The breakfast was ok but not up to our expectations based on multiple previous stays at this location. Coffee was empty, decaf was cold. Food was ok but not great.

Breakfast was excellent. Definitely above average of most hotel stays. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The staff were exceptional! We will be back for sure!

Nit picky things like lack of ventilation in the bathroom which made our room feel humid after showers and a smell of mold near the bathroom sink.

I have never been in that area. It was easy to find. Check in person was very helpful, courteous and polite. the room was very clean,and well put together. We had enough clean towels, which was appreaciated!

The room cost increase due to other items out of my control. It was a expensive nites sleep. I do not travel often, so I am not used to these fees.

We loved that the pool was actually open and that my kids had fun. The stay was great and the breakfast was great.

We didn't really have anything that we didn't like.

Room smelled of smoke to me. Maybe an air freshener in room would help.

Pool was great! Perfect temperature for the kids. Also breakfast had something for everyone.

I thought there would be a door between the room with the king bed and the room with the double queen beds.

The family suite was great, perfect for our family of 6. Kids really enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the berries at the yogurt station and the whipped cream for the waffles.

Wished there was a door between the room with the one bed and the room with the two beds, but it was still fine.

They were very quick to check in. Very accommodating for handicap needs. The pool was great and wasn't to busy so was able to enjoy. When first checked in key cards didn't work so had to receive new ones, and was done in a quick time.

Some staff was not very friendly. Some seemed like didn't want to be there and didn't want to deal with any problems that may have arrived.
