The location is awesome, near the beach and next to a restaurant which is very good too. Breakfast is included and since I was leaving early, they gave me a cold breakfast to take. The staff were very friendly. The bed was quite comfortable. The place was very neat and good looking.

The room was a bit small and there was a glass separation between the toilet and the shower which didn't help in avoiding the water to spill all around the bathroom floor. This got a little messy. The hotel is near the nightlife in the beach so a little noise could be expected. I was so tired that I didn't have issues with this, but I understand this could upset some people.

Breakfast was superb. It included local freshfruit, yoghurt, toasted bread and fresh prepared fruit juice. Location was excellent. Staff attended every need we presented.

The hotel is right at Chinchorro Beach and in walking distance to Arica city center and Mallplaza Arica. I was warmly welcomed when I arrived. Parking space was provided safely inside the premises. The room is super clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water in the shower is hot immediately. Breakfast is from 0730 hours and is nice. Staff is always friendly and forthcoming. If one likes going out there are plenty of bars/restaurants just outside

Some people tend to test the roar of their cars in front of the hotel. I was not offended and I have earplugs for the night. Plus it is not the fault of the hotel

Super friendly staff, clean, comfy rooms, great ac, mini-fridge, cute washroom with how water.

Super noisy location. Arica youth gather just outside the hotel and play loud music all night.

Breakfast was delicious, staff were helpful and kind, and the beach was literally a walk across the street. The area is a bit of a party region and can be noisy, but the rooms are soundproof.

The booking.com price does not include the 20% local tax. You can opt out if you are a foreign visitor, show your passport and PDI slip, & pay in USD. Be aware you will have to request this as the staff did not seem to know about this option which is in the fine print of your confirmation email.
