Heater / air conditioner worked well. The room was mostly clean. The bathroom had nice space. Pool was clean, ran out of towels, good reason to bring your own towel. Great area close to food choices.

Ran out of options at breakfast. The pancake maker ran out, not many places to eat breakfast at downstairs. The elevator was weird it stopped at floor 2 every time I used it, and it would stop at level 2 even it it wasn't selected. The room was cleaned what could be reached. The coat cabinet was dusty on top. Only knew that because I had to store my bag on top, and when we pilulled it down, I got dusted.

The staff is great- everyone is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean & beds are comfy. I have stayed a couple of times now while traveling to Great Bend on business and I definitely recommend it for business and leisure. This past trip I left a couple things in the room. Jackie was very helpful in making arrangements to get them back to me!

The rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel was in a great location

I stayed twice. The first time the plug in the sink wouldn't release and drain, so they gave me a different room and the staff was very good about it. The second time I stayed the TV wouldn't work and again they changed my room, the young man wasn't really very helpful, just gave me another key.

The breakfast was the best selection I have ever seen. Clean breakfast area also. Bed was also comfortable.

The carpet in the room get dirty. Displeasing to feet. Get dirt after walking to bathroom 🥲

Location, friendly and helpful staff, it was clean and comfortable. Also, close your the event we attended and we especially appreciated the extended check out.

Need a few more handicap parking

Didn't stay at a Holiday Inn for a long time. Didn't expect such clean, modern style hotel. Had all the standard as you would expect. I really liked the breakfast choices. Nice clean rooms, Friendly staff.

We love the hotel as it is always very clean and beds are great.

What I didn't like way Booking.com having the room over 200 dollars when I had just stayed there the week before at 131. I feel ripped off by booking.com.

Awesome breakfast! Very clean and staff very helpful when needing extra bedding and later check out time.
