This hotel is a gem! The staff are fabulous, the rooms are so comfortable, spacious and the hotel inside and out are beautifully cleaned and maintained. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on this but dinner was absolutely delicious. Beautifully cooked, seasoned and plated attractively. The night we stayed was very quiet, so the whole restaurant was ours! This was the first night of our motorbike tour of Spain and Portugal, we would definitely stay here again.

It was a shame there were no other guests.

Lovely grand old building. Great room albeit a bit old fashioned but very comfortable. Slept really well. Excellent breakfast and ample parking.

Staff were great but very few of them. The same 2 or 3 ran the show and worked very hard but waiting became inevitable. The hotel needs to enjoy more staff especially as its a 4☆. Too far from town.

NIce hotel in the suburbs of Oviedo, 20min by car. Very friendly staff and nice decoration. Beds are comfortable although rooms are on the small side. They also have a spa which we didn't try but looked nice

rooms are on the small side and no kettle or coffee machine in there. The area is not the prettiest as this is an old mining town but no concerns for safety atr all

The staff were absolutely wonderful. The history of the hotel was interesting.

The town is a bit grim. Hotel looks across town from a small hill - nice view of the chemical factory, electric station, pylons and smoke stacks. Miserable place

All OK. Only stayed 1 night on way home but it was fine, evening food was lovely and good value, breakfast was ok

The hotel surroundings are beautiful, and the reception and restaurant are good.

The room needed much maintenance. The head of the bed was detached from the bed structure, making much noise every time I moved. The curtains looked old and not clean. The lighting inside the room is not well designed. The room was not very clean. The bathtub had damages.

The room 14 was so awfull, cokrocks under te bed, ... We couldn't stay and had to leave. They said they would pay us back and apologized. But two months later, still no payment. Missing 216 euros on bank account. Most awfull experience in my life in a hotel.
