Gave us a head start home from Glacier

First room we were given on first floor people above us were making loud noise and banging on the floor for 1-1/2 hours. I went to desk to see if they could talk to them. She said she would but would take about 20 minutes we waited over 1/2 hour and no change. So went back down to see if they did anything. I talked to second person at desk and he chose to give us a room on 3rd floor instead of talking with other customer. We moved and no other issues.

they had an excellent breakfast and forgot to put some shampoo in my room and I called out the desk and I was brought some immediately. no problem there. I did use booking.com that I supposed to be a number 3 genus and I'm also a gold member on choice. they want to charge me more choice does but I just get a regular room. I don't get no upgrades. it's just strange how everything works out. cost a lot of money staying these motels. I've been out for 24 days now. that's a lot of money

I was on the third floor and I just had a lot of stuff. I couldn't leave on my motorcycle cuz I was afraid somebody would steal it so I had to pack it all up three stories even if it was an elevator. it was just kind of a pain to been nice. been able to be on the first floor being a gold member and being a third generation. genus on booking.com I got no special of any sort but I believe that's just the way it is. you think you're getting something but you're not

The Staff was very friendly and when we mentioned we needed to buy a bottle of water for my husband's c-pap machine they provided two bottles at no charge, knowing he needed to have it. I've stayed at more prominent hotels that would never have thought to be so generous and it really made an impact on us. Plus, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was on time, the pool and hot tub were great and the parking was easy and felt safe.

We had no problems at all.

The price was very reasonable compared with other options in the area and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was clean and new feeling. They also had a computer with a printer in the main foyer which proved extremely handy for me as I needed to print of some paperwork last minute before we left. Definitely would come back.

Literally the only thing I was disappointed by was they only had decaf coffee in the room for the kurig machine. That said, they did have cafe coffee available in the breakfast room.

Breakfast had variety. Room was great and beds comfortable. Used the laundry facilities as on a road trip and they were excellent too. Location is limited for food choice but was decent enough. There is food in a fridge to purchase and microwave in your room if needed though.

More nearby food options but that is not a fault of the hotel which was conveniently located for our needs near the highway to continue our road trip.

I was travelling with a friend on a motorcycle trip through Glacier park. We were glad to find an affordable hotel within a short drive from the park. The woman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful, providing good info about local food options for that time in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have liked to have used the pool and hot tub after a day of riding, but it was undergoing renovation.

The staff's are very accommodating and very nice! Thank you!

The room we stayed is really clean! We got upgraded to two queen beds as the one I booked online was for handicap not knowing it was. Other people who might need the accessibility of the room would not be able to use it if ever. Thanks to the night staff who's very friendly and helpful and did all the upgrade!

We were tired and needed recommendations where to eat. We found the restaurant easily and when we got back we were treated to a nice warm cookie. We then went to bed and slept good. In the morning we got up early , ate and then got back on the road.

I have tried many times to get a copy of our receipt and cannot get one. Please send me one asi need it for my reimbursement.

Room was clean, beds comfy and shower was awesome!! Location was easily accessible and staff friendly and professional. Breakfast had a great variety.

It would be nice if breakfast was ready to go at 6am. The staff member just started setting it up at 6am. Waffle makers take several minutes to warm up, otherwise our stay was great!

I enjoyed their breakfast. They had an excellent spread of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. The bed was comfy and clean and the water pressure was good. Plus they were pet friendly.

There seemed to be a lot of unhappy customers in the morning while we were enjoying breakfast. Not sure what the deal with that was
