A good hotel in Gdynia city center . We booked two rooms with a view on the Baltic sea. The reception is very large, modern and renovated. The restaurant with vine degustation is good. The front desk officers are very helpful. The rooms and floors are perhaps less modern than the reception but very clean and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. The towels are plushy. The bathroom has a bath/shower a bit high to climb; great if you have young kids and want a relaxing bath after a long walk. A bit difficult if you have some legs issues. Very close to the port, sea and city center. Two parkings: the front one is small and overcrowded, the one in the back is large with access to the hotel via a backdoor. Both are outside parkings. We forgot some clothes and the hotel organized delivery back home within a few minutes. The Service is very professional.

This hotel was a nice surprise after other (also 5-star- hotels) ones which did not fulfile our expectations. The location is great. The food is on the level of the four-star hotel. Our son even got his own key for the room in a shape of an animal, as a result he felt really special. There was a playroom next to the reception and a cinema room for the kids.

The pool is unfortunately not heated and looks very old therefore a renovation would be recommended. Moreover, the parking entrance didn't function on that day, but we were provided help after entering the hotel

The hotel is near the city centre & the beach, has spacious rooms and good breakfast. There is a small playroom and very nice staff. It is clean and mostly what you would expect.

In comparison with other Mercure hotels this is not that great. The Wrocław one is much nicer, has more plant options for breakfast, and doesn't charge for children's beds. It was annoying that I could not get a plant milk coffee until 11 (in other Mercure this is possible). It is good that there is a swimming pool but the water was freezing and the pool felt very old.

Room 1102 at 11th floor. Warm and spacious room with big bathroom and tub. Very good service at the front-desk, I asked to check-out later so I could attend the water-aerobics. I got time until 2pm. Nice breakfast, nice pool. Good national museum nearby.

Carpeted floor in room, some noice from construction (starts round 10am), sauna is only for men (not really but women don't go there, because men are there naked and have an attitude). Taxi's cannot drive in front of hotel.

A good hotel for a holiday with family and children. The friendly staff is pleasant. Clean comfortable rooms, sea view, we did not have a mini fridge in our room. Good pool and sauna. Tasty and varied breakfast, delicious coffee, gofry, there is everything and for every taste, the only thing I would like to add to the breakfast assortment is croissants and good tea. There are two entertainment rooms for children. In general, everything is good, if Gdynia is Hotel Mercury Center!

We stayed at an executive suite, and it was wonderful and clean. Good air conditioning, size of rooms, bathtub.

The swimming and sauna facilities - the showers were too cold, and I felt unsafe at the sauna... Some naked men coming in and out, although none of them acted improper, but still... The sauna itself was nice.

The location and the breakfast are amazing! The staff was very kind, we asked for new flat pillows and a bigger duvet and they promptly provided.

The rooms have with an old standard, the pool is mostly for swimming, missing a proper chill out zone, the sauna was way too hot. The chill out zone is not looking fresh. The hotel bar is overpriced.

Location - superb - close to sea shore and to Gdynia Open finale (which was our purpose of the trip) Good choice for breakfast. Nice touches - Luke special keys for children. Good size of the room

Swimming pool was below expectations - cleanness, space (majority taken by organised swimming lessons), overall look and feel

Firstly, the location is excellent. On one side is the promenade and on another is the shipping dock area. Secondly, the staff and facilities are fantastic! It was a friend's birthday and I made a last minute request for balloons and cake and though I had no expectations, they still managed to keep a balloon and pastries with a personal letter from the management. They even upgraded us to a sea view! Fabulous service. every staff member spoke kindly. My friend was in need of a break and we could not have asked for a nicer place.

Perhaps the only thing was the pool is for both hotel and outsiders and therefore not the kind where you take a bed and just chill by the pool. Its more for swimming and exercising. So not for me :)

The room was clean and very comfortable, the mattress was really comfy and the linen crisp and well laundered. Room in a quiet location, we slept very well. Ideally located for town and the beach. The breakfast we really enjoyed and had a wonderful choice of food and beverages.

the restaurant food in the evening was a little disappointing. I had the fish and this arrived only luke warm and the chips were the same. Could have been better. However the gentleman taking our orders was very friendly and helpful with our drinks choices.
