The managers at the restaurant were very servicial and kind at all times, at the reception too, the staff in general was a point up for this resort. 10/10 I personally recommend the rooms with sea view as the others are quite “far” from everything. If you are expecting a relaxing place in Benin this is where you have to go.

At the moment due to the current road construction the access to the hotel is very limited and without any signs indicating you the way. They only serve coconut on Sundays Is an old hotel with many changes that need to be made. The WiFi doesn’t arrive to the rooms (only in the restaurant). There is no fridge in the room for cooling your water

The hotel's location on the beach is its major drawcard. The restuarant fronts the beach and the food and service was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, I have been charged twice for my stay. I was told my first card payment was declined because it didn't go through, but it actually did and now appears on my account. I paid with a second card, which also went through. Please refund one of the payments.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a remote location which gives it a really nice atmosphere. The breakfast was decent.

The room we stayed in was a bit dated, but after all, we were there to enjoy the nature, the beach and the pool.

Overall, my stay was excellent. I stayed in a beach facing room and utilised most of the complimentary optional activities like the kayak on the lake and the bike rides across the premises. I enjoyed the breakfast which mainly consisted of danish, tea and seasonal fruits; its only downside is that it's a fixed menu everyday so there's not any other option.

I didn't like the WIFI; we had connectivity issues most days and sometimes didn't get network in the rooms. I didn't particularly like the location of the resort also, because it is situated far from the major town and tourist areas.

This is a luxurious hotel, especially the main site facing the sea. The staff are all obviously well trained and friendly. It is lovely that their names are displayed on polo shirts. The standards of cleanliness are fantastic, the restaurant and menus excellent and the staff on reception helpful and attentive. We were promptly put in touch with an excellent tour guide and asked how our various excursions had gone. The rooms are cleaned daily and the security guards give an extra feeling of safety.

The wifi signal could have been stronger at times.

I had a couple of issues with the initial room assigned to me and the staf was extremely responsive to resolve the issue. They were also very attentive to my requests and were very generous with a room upgrade when I extended my stay and providing me with an internet device to use in my room. The staff, service and facilities were great. Many thanks to them.

The setting, the food, the pool, the air conditioning in the room, the friendly staff.

No internet in rooms. Our room was not near the lobby where the internet was based, so it was a bit of a challenge walking back and forth and having to have private conversations in a public area.

Huge facility with lots of beautiful beach front.

According to the info board, breakfast service starts at 7am. However, when I got to the restaurant at that time to catch my taxi 15 minutes later, nothing had yet been set up, so basically missed the breakfast I had paid for. The lagoon side was very quiet when I stayed there, not sure if that's always the case or whether I was there during off peak season.

I like that the faculty was always clean.

The food was not good, and the waiters would not accept special requests . Like adding more sauce to the extremely dry pizza. Or making garlic bread for the lasagne. Had the fish and lasagne twice, and it tasted good the first time, then after it wasn't good at all. The resort was clean and comfortable. But the food needs some work.
