Great place to stay in Thompson! Great staff, especially Manpreet, who helped us in the lobby and everyone else! Very clean and tidy! Loved the countertop stove and pots and pans available in the room 😀 it really felt like a home.

Great place to stay really! It would be great to have a bit more breakfast options.

My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was good water pressure in the shower which was nice. Was nice to have USB charger next to the bed.

I didn't ask, but didn't see hot items for breakfast like eggs or sausage patties. Personally, I enjoy that type of breakfast.

The staff was respectful and pleasant. I could tell they were going the extra mile to make me comfortable. They were kind to me when I wasn't feeling so well. The cleaning staff knocked on my door to check if I needed service. A total contrast to anything I have ever experienced before.

I liked how clean and friendly the staff were.

I felt very unsafe. I felt there should be security. They also don't have any sharps containers for diabetic guests. Loved the beverages for breakfast. Food on the other hand was mostly carbs and sugary foods which once again, is not diabetic friendly.

Welcoming staff. Took care of all my needs.

Was a bit loud on our floor. Would like to see more security go around.

People smoking right in front of the front door. we were on the ground floor near the front so could smell when people were smoking outside if we opened the window.

New restaurant downstairs, includes breakfast and is convenient.

I can't find anything to criticize. Overall great experience.

morning staff person totally ignored people at the desk while trying to check out. she just stayed kneeled down to count change as people were standing there to check out
