Nice and big hotel. The entrance is very impressive. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was nice, but not very big. Nice balcony with view over Trang. Great restaurant as well.

No furniture on the balcony. Would be great to have 2 chairs on it. Balcony was big enough. People in the room next to ours were constantly smoking joints on their balcony. This gave us very bad smell in our room. We reported it to the staff, they did offer us a different room, but since we were leaving soon we didn't feel like changing. Would have preferred if the staff would have talked the the people in the other room causing the trouble.

Good standard of hotel accommodation with friendly staff on the edge of Trang town. There was a large shopping complex close by but the smart hotel did look a bit out of place with the rest of the slightly scruffy edge of town . There was a range of food stalls outside which we enjoyed. We did start to walk a bit further down the road but did feel a bit uneasy as it was not well lit and so waited til the next day to visit the shopping centre.

We did have to wait at reception at check out while the staff checked the room which we found a bit perplexing as we were in a hurry. Perhaps this is common practice in some hotels but we have never come across this before

Mostly great stay!

Didn't like the cook (looks like head cook) staring out at people eating. I don't mind if they glance every now and then to check on people. However this was more than a glance. Got charged for mineral water usage upon exit. I wish this was more transparent. The mineral water was sitting on the table and looked like it was complimentary. Every other hotel I stayed at for my trip was complimentary so we assumed the same.

Big room with 4 balconies giving a nice view of the city. Nice bed with many nice pillows. The breakfast was good with many options. A lot of staff just to give you what you want. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looks sooo nice!!! We had problems with the aircondition one night, but when we informed the hotel they fixed it right away. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The bathroom has a bathtub which can be hard to get in and out of for people with bad knees. The showerhead can only be fastened low so you really get to clean your nether region, but have to hold it to shower your upper body and hair. The bathroom could have a bit more space to put toiletries.

The hotel offers a great breakfast with plenty of options, served in a spacious room. The rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. There’s also a big supermarket just a 10-minute walk away, which was really convenient

The only downside was the unpleasant odour on the floor we stayed on—perhaps the carpet could use a deep cleaning.

Breakfast was average. Quite a small spread. However, location is good. There is a shopping mall at a walking distance. The front desk can arrange for a Island hopping day trip which is adventurous.

There is a balcony attached to the room. Could improve the balcony by putting 2 chairs and a small table for guests to relax.

This is a hotel I highly recommend if you're visiting Trang. The hotel is beautiful, comparable to luxury hotels around the world. The breakfast room is spacious and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend the rice salad and khanom jeen. The internet is not very good, very slow.

A very good hotel, just a short taxi drive to the centre. Room very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, but for European, who dont like Asian food, is the breakfast a bit basic. The bathroom is big and clean,we always have warm water!!!

Nothing really!!!!

Friendly and competent staff. Building not new but well maintained and room very clean. Good hot shower. Breakfast buffet provided enough choice of Thai or international breakfast options.

In the first room we had facing the main road, we were kept awake till 2 am by night club music. We were given another room on the other side of the hotel, but there was loud live music there till nearly 1 am too (during the week, not weekend).

- could not control Aircon was too cold and couldn't get the temperature wanted, no remote control so had to get up every time - door was very hard to open - smell in hallway, should get rid of the carpets and put floor tiles - need to be motorized to get anywhere, which didn't bother us as we have our own car
