People works there is really nice! I lived there for 4 nights. I don't know that breakfast is finished at 9 am, so the first morning when I went to eat breakfast, it was already 9:30 am, but they still prepared breakfast for me. And the last day I need to leave very realy so I can't eat breakfast in the hotel, so they prepared a take away package with breads, drinks, fruits inside the evening before. Very nice service there. Very nice person works there. The hotel is located in the middle of sentrum, very near to supermarket, to bakery, to everything. The room is very big with a king size bed, bathroom and a balcony. I enjoyed my stay and I recommend strongly.

- The bed was 220 cm wide and the room was very spacious. Despite being old, there has been some effort to renovate the rooms. - The breakfast was very grandiose. We were in a dining room with two tables full of food. - The blonde lady at reception when we arrived was super polite as was the lady that served us breakfast.

- No elevator to the breakfast room. - Brown/Black haired lady at checkout could have been more polite. Didn't ask us how our stay was. No thank you. No smiles. - Heating could not be turned down in the room. We had to open the windows to keep the temperature bearable.

Hotel may look a little old but the staff more than makes up for it with their warm hospitality and helpfulness. The room was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious and well-presented. We especially want to thank Tanja at the front desk for making sure our stay was enjoyable!

Huge suite! Antique style furnishings, but modern aircon, decent bathroom. Huge bed. Even a free bowl of fruit. Right in the centre of town. Cheap. Friendly reception.

No private parking but easy enough to find a space in the street. Smoking allowed in the lobby and bar/restaurant. The building is Yugoslav era ugly on the outside and a bit tatty on the inside. Breakfast was poor.

We received room upgrade from Double room to Suite. Largest bed ever (made from 1double bed and 1 single) Although the hotel was build in the '70s (as per reception information), it's nice to see they're renovating rooms, but keeping the former style. Marble countertop furniture was reconditioned and is looking really great. Huge breakfast (cheese, vegetables, omelette, meat selection, croissants, butter, jam, orange juice and yogurt) and even if tea and coffee were not included, it didn't bother us (I think you could order and pay extra) Friendly staff. We were grateful they were willing to make us some warm sandwiches although the kitchen was closing when we arrived (around 10 pm). Parking place vis-a-vis (free city parking) Mini fridge Welcoming fresh fruits, water and chocolate candies After one long day on the road all these details can put a smile on your face as you're feeling welcomed.

Shower head has its own personality and it's rather difficult to use. Poor TV service (low image quality)

A great hotel in a beautiful town. My room was perfect, the staff was very professional and accommodating, and the lobby cafe was excellent.

EVERYTHING! it's a unique experience of stay. The bedroom, the decoration on the walls, the feeling of 19th century interior design. The size of the bed and the friendliness of the staff. Felt like I am travelling back in time and living a unique experience of luxury stay. Very pleasantly surprised!

Everything was exceptional, clean room, nice and friendly staff. Zorica and Tanja were so polite, especially to our toddler. The breakfast was amazing and there was a lot of different food. I would come back again.

The receptionist at arrival was very nice even though I arrived late at night The next day as I was checking out the nice receptionist made sure I get breakfast before I leave and she served it all herself just amazing customer service

Although an old hotel, they managed to update the rooms. Breakfast is rich and plentiful.

Some rooms are used by the workers from the copper mine.
